I think thats already happeing, the "messing" part is him rejecting their plans or not going along with them, it would make little sense for him to accept their plans but then fuck with them otherwise you risk of making him come off as an unlikable asshole.

If i were to give Jojozz some advice on the MC for more pro-activity he should IMO get more excited and react more whenever he is presented with sexy scenarios, often times the most gorgeous girl ever appears in front of him naked and he has a very boring, blank reaction to it.

Take for instance the Lilith scene where she appears to him in his bedroom... a completely naked queen of succubi who exudes pheromones that makes it almost impossible for mortals to resit her and he is like "wow this girls is weird"... and i was like... thats your reaction? And not immediately getting a massive boner while going

"Holly shit look at the tits and gyatt on her, i can barely contain myself from jumping her"

Which would probably be mine and most others reaction in that scenario. Thats my personal complaint on the MC he acts too passively in scenarios where he should be acting more like a horndog.

That's most of my thought as well. Its often as if he has no libido, or is stoned out of his mind. Virtually every straight guy, especially those his age, would have their excitement levels through the roof in those situations. I'm certainly ok with a MC who's inexperienced or clumsy, but I really want him to be excited and motivated.

Well, what you described is basically "going with the flow and let's see what happens". With Lilith he basically just didn't trust her, he didn't knowingly "mess" with her plan. I mean: you know that Freya is up to something bad with all those people? Good, let's find out what is their deal and let's ruin their plans.
About the sex area, I agree, a more "daring and confident" MC will be appreciated.

Yes thats exactly it, when you have a young adult male and you suddenly thrust him in a situation where all of these 10/10 looking women with bodies that every pornstar would dream of start suddenly throwing themselves at him and his default reaction is

instead of going with the flow which 99.9% of young adult males would do in his situation it takes you right out of it. I am not even saying he needs to accept Liliths deal i am just saying he should go "Holly shit look at the milkers on this bitch i really wanna suck on them but i need to compose myself and think rationally about this situation" in his inner monologue or something and then he can reject her plan. But in my playthrough I specifically have him go with her plan and the way he accepts her plan he does it out of pity rather than being seduced by her. Even later when Freya comments how the MC accepted Liliths plan she says "i guess no human is immune to Liliths charm" and i keep thinking, no he was completely immune he just felt sorry for her because she started crying even though it makes much less sense than if he was seduced by the you know... the queen of succubus the one woman with the highest seduction stat in the world.

Again i am not trying to throw slack against Jojozz he agreed that MCs dialogue needs to be a bit polished in some places i am just throwing my 2 cents in it, even with all of this i still love this game a lot because the female cast carries the game a lot, they are all way too gorgeous and have the perfect body types IMO.

I definitely want to improve on MC's character/"pro-activeness". I think my problem was I heard complaints of people saying they didn't like the "horndog" aspect of MCs from other VNs and my mistake was going to the complete opposite end.

I'll be honest, I always have issues with some of the sex dialogue because I don't want it to be corny/the overtop but at the same time MC and LI need to show they are interested in one another, so I feel like I am balancing on fine line and I end up having MC do nothing lol.

I just need to sit down and evaluate everything soon :unsure:

Also, the next "segment" will be involving the villain counter parts to the LIs and MC dealing with them. Now, I just wanted to give more attention to some characters who didn't have much in the beginning

It's a balancing act for sure. If i can give my opinion on another game where i think the MC is done really well that would be a game like Artemis, the MC there is funny, charming and reacts accordingly to a girl that presents her boobs to him, as in he gets excited and dives into those puppies i dont think he goes over the top either as in he doesnt go AWOOOGA and starts jumping up and down but he also doesn't react like his an emotionless robot. Projekt Passion is another good example, most of the time the MC face is covered in a mask and yet you can craft him into the kind of character you want very clearly whether it's charming or sarcastic or humorous, etc..

Anyway this is all a learning process and i am sure you will get the hang of it eventually, as you seem to be improving constantly.

Just my opinion, im glad you didnt go the horndog route but i dont feel like you went the opposite end, i think he look fine.
