Why is that more weird than a kink for being peed on? Most kinks are weird af anyway. If you feel a kink is weird, that just means you don't happen to have it. I'd actually be surprised if castration doesn't show up in this game. It's not like it's more extreme than being killed, which also seems to be on the table.

To be honest the most weird things can be kinks, but i think being killed as a kink is not healthy, that means literally death, DEATH.
Not all kinks are for everyone but when we talk about a "kink" with a real danger for your life this "kink" becomes in something like a mental problem. There is a very famous case about a man who loved to be cut, he chatted with people in the deepweb with a kink for cut people and hurt others and he was sttabed and that stuff. One day he went too far and he was cut with a machete in his belly, you can imagine what happened... Can be this being called a kink? Technically yes but is more a mental problem.
And is not the same having a kink in the game than in real life, the majority of the kinks i enjoy here i don´t experiment them in my real life, so i can understand better if someone have here a kink about death or castration but in real life definitely not...
