I see you've gotten both the goth and pregnancy parts of the mod working, nice. Do the in-battle and overworld textures work for you? That is, is karryn a goth in battle and walking around?

Yes i didn't had an option as soon as the game started Karryn was already in her goth outfit and hair and all that

I prefer the second one, her goth look doesn't do anything for me.
They removed the edicts to choose hair etc (didn't work I guess). So the look is already preset when you start or load the game.
edit: The linked mod is for game version 1.0.5j, the one in the OP.

It's a little strange to add a second side job to the 3rd floor. But I guess it's easier to do that than introduce a new area on the 4th floor. Although given that pool we see in the third or fourth room of the 4th Floor....
