A man of culture, I see.Candace
30th of August at the latest. When will 1.10 be released?
Definition of version 2.0 from google:1.9 is greater than 1.10. So version 1.10 after 1.9 is kinda awkward. Why not 2.0?
Of course 1.10 can be used as a version number but for that the previous version number have to be 1.09 not 1.91.1x is actually what some games use for updates, like Minecraft and some other AVNs. 1.10 is not the same as 1.1
Eula or Ganyu would be niceWould it be possible to add more Hilichurl camp clearing commissions? Maybe the other girls could help Amber out? Would be so hot to see Barbara, Lumi and the others there...
It's not something I'm too worried about, but thanks for the info!Of course 1.10 can be used as a version number but for that the previous version number have to be 1.09 not 1.9
And as far as I know 1.10 is the same as 1.1
There is a Mitachurl scene in v1.10, which will be out very soon! Beyond that I don't plan to make much more Hilichurl content I am afraid.Would it be possible to add more Hilichurl camp clearing commissions? Maybe the other girls could help Amber out? lmao Genshin itself doesn't even follow that, we've never hit a two-digit patch number but so far it's all been 1.1, 1.2, etc not 1.01 or whatever the fuck.Of course 1.10 can be used as a version number but for that the previous version number have to be 1.09 not 1.9

Where did I say a version number always have to be two digits? Genshin didn’t release 1.10 after 1.9 did they? I just said the version number CAN BE 1.10 if the previous version number was 1.09. Which no way implies that the version number always have to be two digits. And I am sure Genshin would never release 1.10 after 1.9 even if we hit that far. It would have been 1.91 or 1.9.1 or something like that.lmao Genshin itself doesn't even follow that, we've never hit a two-digit patch number but so far it's all been 1.1, 1.2, etc not 1.01 or whatever the fuck.
Oh, I didn't know we were concerned about language on a porn site now. Strange that nobody else seems to mind - just take a look at a couple other threads and you'll see.Where did I say a version number always have to be two digits? Basically all I tried to mean was,
After 1.9, comes 1.9.1 or 1.91 or 2.00 etc
After 1.09, comes 1.10 then 1.11 then 1.12 etc.
Btw, saying the F word doesn’t make you look smarter but commenting after understanding something does.
pinkmochidango Please ignore my comments on this topic. It just looked weird to me and I’ve just said it once to you and these people just keep giving me nonsense examples.
Your first example was Genshin which didn’t even fit the role. But I agree with you that it’s personal choice.Oh, I didn't know we were concerned about language on a porn site now. Strange that nobody else seems to mind - just take a look at a couple other threads and you'll see.
Versioning numbers are simply a matter of convention. Minecraft is a famous example that prefers to tack on extra .'s instead of increasing the digit count, but as someone who works in the industry each project typically has a defined meaning for each '.' For example, everyone understands that the first number only goes up for big releases, but the second number might be incremented in the case of feature additions, or code changes that break backwards compatibility, etc. It's very rare to see public releases with more than three distinct numbers in them, and that's for a reason. I mean, what happens if you use the third number to denote bugfixes and you're already on 1.9.9? Version the next one 1.9.9.1, or 1.9.91? It just looks like a mess. 10 naturally comes after 9, so it would go 1.9.10 instead. No need to jump from 9 -> 91. That said, it's everyone's personal preference. Some people even use file hashes as version numbers...
Oh, and BTW personal attacks don't make you look smarter either. We're all here to have a good time, not heckle devs on minor issues like this...
