first of all my comment was in joke form, clearly by the "before he allows himself to leak the game here"
second unless you've added some amazing original voice stuff I didn't notice, you can just use a friend or voice over from any adult rated movie ever. if you were smart you would program these stuff yourself, which I'm pretty sure you do. and in renpy form using koikatsu engine I assume, it takes less time to commit to an update. android port is bs man... you got people on this site who do it for free LOL...
I will agree with you that you make a lot less money than other Devs with worse games than yourself. however you don't use original characters, have no loli content which in this case, fans would die for (can't be done as long as you're using Patreon which is the fastest way to get money so I get your logic here) however this also explains your slow updates and lack of income. it's a cycle you created, you earn too little so you work at a "real" job which means you have less time for game updates, which means the game earnings never reach high enough quick enough cash income.
basically half your comment looks like Eromancer change logs when he updates his shitty game (good visuals tho) once a month "look at an entire page of nonsense changes no one asked for, mostly on UI and bug fixes while avoiding any sexual content or anything new to add to the game even after 3 years. apart from maybe reused sex animations for a copy paste female character that has a different model it took me 2 minutes to make" so forgive me if I am very honest with you instead of buying your "I'm a poor man" bullshit.
I have high respect for you, but your edge here is using a gacha game sexy characters in an easy to use game engine. with no high quality animations, mostly pictures. no original ideas (90% of everything in this game is from the actual real video game of genshin impact, tho this is kinda the point so I get your logic here) while earning more than 90% of sex game Devs yet not working hard enough to make the game grow so you actually earn a lot more money, and still argue that you have to pay other people to help you work on the game. despite both of us knowing that you keep at the very least over 75% of the earning for yourself. now ask yourself how many hours you commit to the game in each month. want 3-4k per month? start working harder, make this game your job.
now that we understand each other, you may go back to convince people that I am wrong and you are 100% right. and that we should pay you more money for the same work you've done so far (same pace) because apparently in this world, we never see Devs working less hours the more money they make from their games.
Hello there, I lol'd at the eromancer changelog thing XD
First things first, I'm not asking for more money, I'm not asking for money at all in fact and I never have. Money is nice but KPA is a free game... but if I get more money, I can do more with it! I could get a free android port and I did at first, but I like to pay people for their work, and I prefer to pay someone who I know is good at what they do, and reliable too!
with no high quality animations, mostly pictures. no original ideas
This part I resent a little, there's a ton of high quality animations, plus plenty of original non Koikatsu cookie cutter animations too. Also no original ideas... really? Can you think of another game like KPA?
and that we should pay you more money for the same work you've done so far (same pace)
Here's an example of how my pace has changed.
Here's one of the early pranks in the game, 24 renders total.
Here's Amber co-op prank, 406 renders total.
Also, I have to edit a high percentage of those renders by hand. Amber's hair was a nightmare... Here's a little before and after for you.
This game is my job, I quit my main job to do this at the end of last year. I make KPA 5 days a week, usually more.
Anyway, thanks for saying you respect me, I respect you too... but I can tell you're not a game dev
Thanks for your comment, I think you're gonna enjoy v1.14.
