Yes, I did those things. I play normally.
But when I try to put a BP dick and strap-on, the penetration is not good.
Do I put the penis strap on in the character creator? Or in the game in the clothing store?
Every time i see Koikatsu on pornhub, all the vids look different. Im not sure if its a mod or you edit it yourself? Like how do i make it look like this?

Shaders are already included in betterrepack. You need to open the character in editor, go to the body section, open material editor, change the shader to KKUTS, and experiment with the first 4 sliders.
Ok I'll try it when I get home, im just wondering also can you make characters kiss like 2 girls in a threesome? Or you need a mod for that also? I dont know much about this game. And also I just bought a 32gig Oman gaming laptop so I have to set that up as well.

You could be running out of memory, make sure you aren't using more characters than your system can handle. Open the task manager before pressing go out and check how much memory the game is consuming.
Some characters are heavily modded and steal a lot of memory when preloading the game. If this is the reason you can disable specific plugins like the ForceHighPoly that are extremely unoptimized and forces the game to load all character assets into the open world, this will make modded characters look uglier when walking around but could fix the issue.

Again, what do you mean by "how the game looks"?
'Looks' is too broad of a question.
Models are different, obviously - but that's just different cards.
There's a slight change in the light source - they just used a different color for the main light and for shadows.
Maaaybe there are some shaders, but I wouldn't recommend focusing on them before your light and shadows anyway.
- Light color.
- Shadow color.
- Shadow gradient (how shadows are applied to the object).
- Light direction.
- Light sharpness.
I'm pretty sure just with these 5 you can turn 1st video into the 2nd.
But again: I have no idea what YOU are interested in.
Is it different colors?
Then you need to change light and shadow colors.
Is it softer shadows?
Then - again - maybe you can adjust light and shadow colors so they are closer together.
Or maybe change the shadow gradient.
Or maybe the direction of the light source.
You want that slight glow and hue shifts - like when you paint with an airbrush on 'Color Dodge'?
Then it's shaders.
Like i said all the vids on pornhub, the characters looked all different, so that made me think they were using a mod.
