Any mods out there that add bondage? I've seen plenty of it in rule 34 but doesn't seem to appear in game.
If the file is damaged, the loading probably ended prematurely (cos of an internet hiccup or something).
You'll need to reload it again.
Maybe from a different mirror - just in case.

They no longer allow sharing of Koikatsu scenes and cards on F95, and killed off the other sharing threads completely, as they were too much work to moderate and the community was incapable of moderating themselves with stuff being shared that should not have been.
Go post a request for it at isekaiexpress as some others suggested in earlier comments.
You can also do a direct search for pretty much all the characters released by Luminea on bepis and kenzato and find multiple copies of each of them that are almost exact replicas, if not exactly the same. For example here is Skyla released by Luminea and one of 18 different versions available on Bepis:

Any idea how to run it in VR?, doesn't load with the Quest 3, just the front page but no movements
Is there a mod or any way in game to cause the random button in free h to search for characters in all of the folders instead of just the root?

Items from that mod have multiple optional half-states, they are all active by default. You need to disable all but one of halfstatebra objects in material editor.
