that's right, the new mods are on these packs. for this I recommend using kplug with the game clean, otherwise it gives a lot of conflicts.

no difference, only for collection, I have a 5tb external hd so I downloaded them all.
Same here. Just downloaded the 20 GB and you cant unpack it.
Now all we can do is waiting for a re-upload and not deleting the old game before the new download as proven to be functional. as uncomfortable it is, such is life

I usually use the Koikatu Gameplay Mod which gives the possibility to put up to 99 girls instead of 38.
plus you can force sex without a condom even if they don't want to, but so they get mad, then there are several other things this mod can do. and you can set them all to your liking.
For the other mods you can try them, which are quite a lot, and see which one you like best.
I remember there is an option for it in the male character creator at least since since RX6.7
under slider or genitals
never used it so i have no idea if it affects dialogues
Getting into and how to apply and make the mods work is a game of its own...

from what I've seen yes.
also in the last update ScrewThisNoise did the translation of the sadistic personality and first did friendly.
plus there have been many translators and now the game is completely in English
