In material editor, export all the textures under the body section of the body tab and then import them in the legwear tab under the m_thigh section. You can also use the blendshape versions which do this automatically.

Just one question, when converting the BMP file to PNG the size is reduced, for example from 64.0MB to 48.0MB, doesn't that affect the quality of the HeadMod?
I ask because the PNG link you left weighs the same as the original BMP.

I used GIMP for the conversion, which gave me an identical filesize to the bmp file. As for quality, I re-exported the same file with max compression, which gave me a filesize of ~8mb. I couldn't see any real differences between the compressed and uncompressed version in-game, but I technically need glasses to drive so I just uploaded the uncompressed version.
