Uh, all I can suggest is that since you bought all the work uniform options, and the final one is enforced nudity, maybe all your girls will always be naked?

You have to create the costume by clicking the text in the top left corner, and the costume has to be within the required sluttinesss parameters for whatever level you have (none, if you bought them all). It may not be fully implemented yet. I couldn't get company policy to trigger, and only managed to get one employee to wear a specific costume once.
yeah well my problem is not even one choice appears in said left corner as it does if you choose outfit manager or what it was called when clicking on the costume option at your work only place i can make outfits is at the standard option in left corner anywhere on the map am i doing something wrong :/

Kudos to the developer for trying to boldly go where no renpy porn game has gone before, with all that customization.
This is the good side.
The bad side is that apparently the story will be basically the same of Lab Rats (a good game, mind you, but still one I played already) expanded to include a bunch of new procedural generated NPCS (which, if done well, can add some replayability, but only so much) and that I find the UI more cumbersome than the average renpy's ones.

I think the employee unsatisfaction thing is a bug. I had an employee with happiness of like 150, more than anyone else in the staff, and she still complained.
Also, I think I already said this, but if a policy is purchased the girls should be able to randomly wear those clothes without me having to choose them. I don't like having to make the outfits and have all girls wear the same clothes. They can already randomly select outfits, just make it so that those random outfits are sluttier the more policies that we purchase.

And will probably continue to be one until it's author is happy with the current Tech Demo and start adding game elements to it ...

This. The author is clearly a systems guy, and wants all the systems in place and running smoothly before he develops the game. Read one of his posts about developing randomization of the models, and you'll see how deep into the weeds of a system he likes to get. I mean all of this as a compliment.
I am clearly in the minority here, but the way I see it, this guy is working at breakneck speeds considering everything he is trying to do with the new system. Hope they aren't letting the negative crap get to them.
100%. Vren is one of the most productive and responsible adult game devs out here by far.
The art has improved a lot since the first version, I think the screenshots in the OP should be updated.

Alright so I was playing around with the variables in the script.rpy file, and I made a few "corrections" *ahem* to get rid of the ridiculously high production and research costs for the upgraded serums and also added a few more character points to the start of the game to get rid of the grind.
To use this
create a back up for the original script.rpy file in the game folder, or skip this step if you're feeling brave.
Extract the file using 7zip/winrar
paste it in the game folder and overwriting the original.

Well, for me, while having at least 1 of any kinds of the serums, talking to anyone will have the additional option of dosing them. Although I have purchased the mandatory testing policy which makes it that employees must drink does if instructed.
I also have the option to give employees doeses everyday in the main office as an option, prodivded there are doses left in the company inventory.
I can, however, give people who aare not employeed doses too, that is, however, after setting all my character's stats to 99 using the console commands.
I am currently having trouble setting uniforms for my employees. I can add outfits to an employees wardrobes and make them wear them, but I can't set a uniform via the uniform option in the office.
