While I think you are an incredible man of culture for recommending this, I don't think it is the usual recommendation for any regular player. They are old and unless you are really into the story (simply put, best story ever, if you are into story you cannot improve over them), they did not age well in terms of gameplay.
It really depends on what you like and what you are looking for. I mentioned this several times, if you are just looking a nice VN, everybody should read The House in Fata Morgana. That is a masterpiece. If you are looking for complex sify VN, Muvluv and Steins Games are top tier.Any good recommendations of games to play on this fine evening before LoF update?

For regular games, what kind of game do you like? Cause it is not the same to like the Witcher, to Call of Duty to Sims 4. I am personally into story driven RPGs, but to each their own.

Drifty,it is better that they postpone it rather then us getting another Anthem or Dragon Age 2("shudders at the mere thought of the second abomination").As for Cyberpunk the tests say I can play it very low...which is fine by me.

Speaking of older titles, I recently played Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines again, definitely one of the best games of all time.

Thanks.I think that as an artist and creator,he would most certainly love it(story,ambient music,art and the voice acting...oh god the voice acting <3 ). Best story ever only barely begins to touch the broad horizon that story offers...Amy has created something beautiful.

Well, I had Bloodlines 2 preordered. Then, they fired the original writer and brought a guy that worked in Assassin Creed and Farcry. Instead of a very adult story full of intrigue and vampire politics I am now waiting for a stupid game in which you use microtransactions to capture a stronghold... 11 million times..

Welp if it really goes into that direction,I wont even bother to pirate it,let alone buy it.But judging from where they have taken HOI 4,EU 4,And CK 2 and 3 i wouldnt be surprised.
ps-AC:Odyssey is a heap of rotting garbage.
Yeah, I don't preorder any more. That ended with Mass Effect Andromeda. Now I'd rather play and support indie devs (porn or not) than supposed triple A devs who make broken games with repetitive gameplay.

Same here, If I remember right Diablo III was my last "mainstream" game. Nowadays I prefer indie-like publishers. Torchlight II and Grim Dawn were so much better compared to the "original".

I couldn't get into Torchlight 2, I think the art didn't work for me. Played all of Diablo 3 way after the marketplace debacle and it was decidedly meh. I've never tried grim dawn, I don't know it.
I actually have a bunch of indie games on my steam wishlist. Depending on how the reviews go for cyberpunk I may just get those instead.

I did like AC:O and I had bought the 100$ version of AC: Valhalla, though I kinda agree to change writers mid-game is always a way to destroy a game, that or rushing to finish a game... that also happens in games like this ( this dev loves making games and story so no worries here about that ever happening ).
Next month will be less likely for devs to have updates since AC: V and Cyberpunk will release and they most surely will play those.
Good thing this update will be all about Steph

Is there such a thing? Really? PoE was the ultimate grind fest version of the isometric rpg... Like Warframe is to third person shooters.
There's a history to why I hate grindy games, even grindy games that reward me with porn.

Indeed, grinding almost never make sense in any game. If I wanted to do boring, mindless stuff over and over and over again, I will just get a job that pays me to do that.

Well, it's a hack & slay and if you tend to be a perfectionist (gear wise) than it can become grindy as hell. I'm more of a casual gamer and prefer to play variants of class-mixes over one perfect char.
I would suggest to check some gameplay videos on YouTube.
Personally I freaking hate grindy games, that's why 99% of all the sandbox games here are not for me.
Yeah, I'll do that. (I expect this whole conversation to get the mod vanishing act soon).
I really don't think there's more than 1 or 2 sandbox games that I play on here. Just not worth it as I feel they sacrifice story for "freedom". I am so glad I found Leap of Faith, Intertwined, etc... These have great stories which makes the sex more meaningful, none of the wham, bam, thank you ma'am that a lot of games have.

That's exactly how I think and feel, first and foremost I'm here for good stories and I prefer good romance over all fap orgies. If I want to see those, there are lots of other websites with more realistic animations, haha.
