I go to a therapist, but I also have many things around me that help keep me cool. I haven't tried anything in a while, mainly because if I attempt it again, I know it's probably going to be the last, but anyway. I'm doing alright with things that keep me happy and somewhat balanced, but it's not easy at all to stay centered.if you didn't found a psychoterapist you feel comfortable yet just keep looking for the right one to talk and let all out/understand yourself and be stronger, nobody is determined by their genetics, you can do it bro, as Cece can
even if it's never a fully won battle, the issues can become manageable
