yeah thats why i didnt tell it right away... dont know, Drifty didnt hide it, in fact he tells exactly what happend in the game, but talking about it and say it out loud around here... feels kinda like intruding or some sort. Doesnt feel right to me to talk about it, the ending of episode 6 should be more than enough to understand what was going on...

It's all about the story and what a story it is. One of the best, if not the best AVN I have ever seen.
It's hard to imagine what it feels like for someone to go through all what we have seen in this story, but after seeing it I can say I can glimpse their pain and emotions. I'm a grown man with a family of my own and I cried like a baby. And I'm not ashamed to admit it.
DriftyGames you have also my eternal respect for sharing all this with us. It's easy to just get lost in life, sailing through it ignorant of the people around you. I'm glad I'm not one of the people like this and that I try my best to understand the problems of others. Makes me happy helping them and seeing them smile again. But how far would we go to actually help someone we never met, inches away from the last choice in their life? I don't know. I'd like to think I would try my all, but you need to be there to answer that question.
I've seen tragedy in my life and I've seen a close friend of mine struggle through his last year, leaving his wife and baby behind when he finally lost the battle. You remain strong and supportive for as long as you can, trying to be an anchor for the people hit mostly by this loss. But in the end there's nothing else you can do. You can't change what happened and the only thing you can do is cherish the memories of the ones that are not here with us anymore...
Thanks again for this wonderful story. I'll never forget it.

I can honestly say that I myself unlike so many others have just been playing these games purely for their stories,I mean if I wanna fap I can just go on pornhub or wherever else and look at actual porn...
The whole point of the AVNs is to offer a different experience than porn. You are the one driving the story. You should feel like you are living that life. With the devs getting better and the technology doing it too, I feel like porn is getting behind. The VNs of the future will be realistic and probably completely on VR.
The main difference that I find, its the amount of emotional involvment. In the VN you get to know the other parts of your love interest´s life. You don't only know her for how good she looks or how good she is in bed. You get to share much more.
Not all porn is the same and not all AVNs are the same. I think the majority of both aim to please the viewers/readers eyes first. The list of games that have good story and good visuals is short. The list of porn that does that is even shorter.

I have to agree. This is a story that just happens to have adult content. And I will give it to Drifty and his crew, they made a great story. But the sex content does not detract from the message/story they were trying to give everyone.
I really can't wait to see what is next.

I hope you all enjoyed the last chapter of Leap of Faith!
It was a very stressful release with the save game problems a lot experienced. We were a total of 9 people testing the game more heavily than ever in the week before the release, and none of us had a single problem with saves. So it came as a huge surprise when the release was out.
I'm really sorry about that, but there's really nothing I can do about it that won't ruin the newly created saves, made after the last update.
Other than the savegame problems, it was a good release with no game-breaking bugs, and I have to give a huge thanks to every one of the testers for doing a very solid job.
There were also some problems with stuttering animations on mid to low-end computers. This is a Ren'Py problem, and I'll upgrade to a new version of Ren'Py when a new stable version addressing it is out.
I also heard that some of you long-time supporters didn't get the download links. If you are one of those who didn't, and held a $5 tier for two months or more this year, or held a $1 tier for all of the year please message me and I'll send you the links.
I've not really been relaxing since the release, as I'm working on the in-game DLC. I'm trying to put as much as I can in there, from a normal walkthrough that displays menu choice outcomes, a developer commentary, and extras such as paths, renders, and animations that were scrapped along the way. I'll also include some behind-the-scenes shots and information, and some additions to the story.
The Steam DLC page is also open,You must be registered to see the links. The release date is next Friday, September 23rd.

I'm sure some of you also are wondering about the next game, u4ia. I'll finish up the LoF DLC and hopefully be able to open for community translations in the upcoming week. I need to get all of this done before I get properly started on u4ia. It is such a huge project, I'll need all available brain cells on deck.

No one knows what pictures you have, so the best way would be download Sancho's Mod. And not to forget always save all pictures from the Nüke's. The mod shows you at that point how many points you'll get on every picture.
doesnt matter how you play the game, the pictures you need for the 15/15 are always there. all the other pictures in the game doesnt matter at all, in fact you dont need to take any pictures at all. They are just for the immersion and a little fun at nuke and such...
before going in Linda talks to you, say you have no idea what you should tell cece...
than you stand for her door getting a message, there is a new picture send by linda... no matter what you do, you will get that picture everytime when you tell "i have no idea" before entering the hospital... while youre at it, take a look at nuke too, there are two pictures with lexi and cece both are worth 2 points each...
The linda message picture is worth 3 points...
if you you have the night dawg sign bonus and the hacked robins dildo, youll get 15 points at the end... DONT show her the textmessage between MC and cece, cause this is already 1 action and you can only show 2 pictures after that, the textmessages are only worth 1 point though, the pictures are worth more...
in the end youll have 14 point, leaving without pushing her will get you another 1 and thats it for the 15...
*edit* and btw... it seems most people pay way to much attention to this 15/15 thing... in fact... i doesnt matter at all how many points you get there, even on a cece love route getting out with 0 points end up is all the same way like you when you have 15... i think drifty had a idea here for a little branching but decided to throw it out of the window in chapter 8. these "calming" points dont have any effect at all.

Hello, does anyone understand what the old man who is in the park during the final chapter represents? Besides, something I don't understand about this is why he exchanges glances with another man at that moment and in the end they leave the park in a truck (a military truck?)
