Only problem is that tts doesn't have intonation, if Sel contracts a VA it could work. Fan made would be cool too but probably a pain to script and insert.
If you really think that, I'd advice rereading "Good Boy" Particularly striking is the parallels with his behavior in the latest Miku events.
Nodoka stuff is taking a somewhat recovering alcoholic and locking them in a wine cellar - or perhaps taking them to a wine tasting championship, or some other event where drinking feels appropriate. He wants to avoid indulging in it, because it hurts others and because he is scared of it for a variety of reasons, but it's also something he knows and knows it feels good, at least partially. So when lead to a temptation and an excuse, yes, he falls for it - but it doesn't mean he wants to have that kind of relationship with everyone, or perhaps even at all if given a choice.
He is also very adverse to advance his relationship with Molly, despite the latter (and the world, seemingly) pushing it. Maybe Akira actually secretly dislikes foreigners?

I don't really know wtf anyone is supposed to make of that VA list... i couldn't put a face to any of those names and i couldn't pick any of their voices out of any single anime or game... unless someone whips up some useful examples that might as well all be 'Ayane - Vecaboo Cahlundis' etc.

I bet these are just what the voice lines of each girl sound in Selly’s head rather than an real future plan, though it’d be cool if he makes it happen in any form.
But I don’t think it’s possible in addition to software limitations. These VAs are relatively big hits, after googling just some of them. So unless LiL is turning to a gacha game I don’t see how this could be marginally lucrative for him. Even just an one liner when you click on character profiles will cost you a modest sum.
Plus, many of the game content only works in English texts or actual English conversations, tomato tomato, Ami vs Amiokay, and a shit ton of poems. There’s no way Japanese VAs can seamlessly be incorporated into it.

Since very few of us here actually know Japanese and there is no Japanese translation, someone could just cut out random lines from these VA's works to play over the game and it would probably still work.

Yeah, when Sekai seemed to jerk him off and some of his blood from his injured hand, got in her hair. However, he was more or less fine throughout his life besides the initial sex stuff which scared him before he became addicted. Had a girlfriend, had schooling, had a career set up. It wasn't until Sekai's death that he turned into a mess and started messing with kids. Not saying his life was perfect, but it wasn't the worst. Some of these girls have it worse.
Eh, it's more like giving them an outlet so that they hurt less people since they can't seem to get past their addiction. Sensei isn't being forced to go to Nodoka, she's just giving him a better alternative then eventually snapping on someone like Chinami. He's the one who wanted this. She just wanted the real him.
Yeah, I didn't even realize that until earlier. A little suspicious Sensei..

That Amiokay, might be "Am I Okay", with no relationship to Ami. The other Maya, long Maya, translates to "You Did It", but yeah, a lot of this game could be lost in translation.
Homura is definitely what I'd consider a "Maya", or I suppose it's the other way around. Just give Maya some guns and turn Sensei into a Magical Girl. Makes me wary of where this game will go and just what Maya will do for love.
Can't speak much for the Japanese VA, but if these girls had the English VA of those characters, I'd be down for sure.

With this any decent VA can become whoever they want.
But of course this is already a ton of work on top of the story and renders and programing so for Sel to add voice it would take at least 2 more years to complete and at least 2 more people working on it, the VA and someone to help manage and include the voice lines in game.

Nah, this was a "If you were to add voice acting to your game, what would your dream cast be" scenario.
He has stated repeatedly that he has no interest in actually adding full VA to the game.

It should be noted that Sel is a VA himself, and has mentioned in this thread (back when he was on this platform) that he's done VA work for some of the games on here.
If he wanted the game voiced, it would be voiced.

Ah yes I remembered watching talented people using this to generate hilariously customized dialogues with Oblivion voice lines, good times (wonder if it works well in other languages too).
It's doable I suppose but I have serious doubts on whether this would be a plus to what this game has been selling (this mind, however, is subject to change haha); it feels like it's gonna turn LiL into a game with 35 dumbass Vtubers, or into Genshin Impact.
Plus, he better finds someone with good acting as well! Not accepting just cute but obnoxious voice lines with horrible acting!
But if it does happen, please have Sensei recreate this
Or better yet, make voice line into Atari style like Faith: Unholy Trinity just to meme everything

VA would only guide Selebus to make more criptyc this game, I'm already having a bad time every time I have to press my ear against the thing that make noises to try to understand what the hell that voice in off is saying, I don't want do the same with dialogues
I mean, I can already see someone analyzing something like "Yasu always talks under X note, but in this exact dialogue if u pay enough attention you can hear how she say the second and the third words in higher note, like triying to emphatize in this, maybe doing reference again to the 23 number, and again later when she talks about a dead dog, when the word dead is said you can hear kind of a ring at the background, is Selebus triying to tell us that Sensei's already dead?

Major problem I can see with the VA is the Narrators, it would giveaway which narrator is speaking by the voice, unless he used the same for all narrators.

Ohhh I've been wondering about this for a while, but I don't know if it's been talked before here
Is there any consensus on how many and which are the narrators?
Sometimes I doubt about who tf is talking to me, Selebus? A god? Another person? Even in the very first lines of the game, I had the same doubt, and sometimes feel like the narrator is being changed between line to line and it's a bit confusing.
But maybe is just that I'm not used to read this kind of works in english.
The only other VN I've read is Umineko and there the narrator didn't have a voice, so I don't think that's a problem.
