Since Maya/Noriko is on the opposite ends of the love Sensei spectrum (at least to other students), I'm gonna take a wild guess that they are going to have a body swap contest and whoever pretends to be the other one better wins. Maya probably doesn't hate the concept of being Noriko that much and has already been a maid for Sensei.

Dorm wars

- Yumi/Tsuneyo: Even tough a physical match seems the most logical option I don't see it. And it's pointless, Yumi admitted she doesn't stand a chance against Tsuneyo. The only thing they have in common that I can think is their knoledge over the yakuza life. But how and why someone would make a contest over that, I have no idea.

- Chika/Uta: I like the idea of a caretaker competition, but not with Sensei. Let's them try their luck with Tsukasa and not kill her in five minutes.

- Ayane/Yasu: It's Yasu, all bets are off. I agree that will be some catalyst for some more supernatural fuckery.

- Sana/Otoha: I think this could be the date match actually. Sana would get super horny in the middle of it and add one more bathroom defiled to her list. Otoha would find new ways to trip and land on Akira's cock. If not they can have a fingering contest, Rin will be happy to be the judge.

- Miku/Io: Hard to say with such an unwilling participant like Io. Other than a tomboy contest I am out of ideas.

- Makoto/Kirin: I'll have to disagree with most in here, can't see the point of a date contest. Kirin had her own real date recently and Makoto is not currently interested in that. I can see the sexual knowledge contest though. Or who knows more about Miku which could be dangerous if someone disclose sensitive information (probably Yasu taking over the contest).

- Rin/Molly: Eh, some otaku argument? Not really my territory. I imagine Rin will want to choose something she is really good at after two straight losses.

- Futaba/Nodoka: I can see the cosplay contest in here to help raise Futaba self esteem. Probably suggested by Nodoka herself who would graciously take the defeat.

- Amy/Touka: I won't even bother, nothing can't top the cup size sugestion lol. For real though, I can't come up with anything.

- Maya/Noriko: It will be the main event surely and I don't want to even guess, I want to be surprised. Surely Sel has something good planned.
I think the whole point of date wars is to show progression on characters that already have a deep relationship with Sensei like Chika or Noriko, so a date war with Sana/Otoha would be a huge waste since Sana has so little romantic experience that Otoha could half ass the whole thing and still win. A date with Makoto would be a huge deal when she rarely hangs out with Sensei outside of work and the porn shop, and a date with Kirin would always be a huge deal because... well she's Kirin.

Also you guys should stop making sexual challenges when it's clear that main dorm wars events can't be sexual and the only time it was even close to being sexual Maki was involved.

I think it's more like they can't be intended to be sexual with Sensei.

The Sister thing with Noriko got rather sexual, and the Friendzone battle had an idea for a threesome going around. There's also how the rap battle and comedian battle got sexually awkward. Not to mention that Nodoka tried to get money for a sex toy business.

These girls need to get laid. They all think with their clits.

I quit this game in a huff, threw it in the bin along with its appdata folder. I got yet another 'happy' scene and it pissed me off. I went away angry and brooded on it for a while, i couldn't understand why i was so bothered by it, sometimes a game just isn't for me, that's ok, others like it, all power to them. So why did this one get under my skin so much? It took me half a day to realise. It's cause there IS a good game here, well written with good pacing and interesting characters, but the constant meta comments in dialogue and injections of faux-deep philosophy with deliberately jarring screen tears just get in the way of it, it doesn't add anything, it just detracts and disrupts. Like some shitty DDLC rip-off without the interesting pay off. I have no idea what Selebus's goal is with it, maybe i didn't stick with it long enough, but it came off as pretentious and intellectually insulting. I do not expect or even request such stuff be removed, Selebus is more than free to do their own thing with their game, i just felt like commenting on my experience. I wanted to like this game, but it got in its own way and prevented me from doing so.
Forget why but i wanted to find a comment i made way back when and got distracted, decided to see my first comment on this game... ah the ignorance of youth...

I can see the Miku knowledge contest ending with Makoto winning and Kirin getting angry and saying something like "well you don't know she's on drugs so ha!"

I still have to agree with your old comment though, Chapter 1 is unnecessarily long (20 hours) and bloated with useless event and all the mysteries and happy events just feels like random gibberish, you only start to understand everything in Chapter 2 and by that point most people have already left

And I think Ayane half-jokingly mentions to sensei that there is a secret room in the school in the early game iirc
Yes, she specifically calls it her secret room she had installed using her dad's money but she never said what it was for.
(iIRC there is an event where she breaks down in Senseis arms as he is the only one who "cares enough")
Ayane's events, 'still young', chapter 1.

I'd rather disagree.

As a new player, I started this game to groom and fuck teenage girls and I got exactly what i expected. I skiped dialogs, confused Karin and Kirin and it was a perfect example of how to play this game wrong. But at some point game tought me that girls actually have personalities so I deleted "persistent" safe and started a new game.

And chapter 1 ultimately changed for me. I started getting to know characters and they were even more interesting that main story. It was kind of shock that they are real humans, not NPCs in computer game. I think, this is a real reason why I love this game so much: protagonist was not only changed, but he was changed with me and same way as me.

This game is a gem not because it is a good writen visual novel, but because the way it plays with player. When a choise with no choise pops on your screen and you make a bad decision and then you feel that you made a bad decision. When you don't care about something and understand it is important only when it is "too late". This is how chapter 1 works.

Right now I find the first chapter quiet interesting, much more interesting than second. Maybe I just haven't leran enough to understed what second chapter is. But netherless I think that if you don't like first chapter then you just not prepeared to it. You haven't learnt to love this girls yet. Fortunately there are lessons in love

Was replaying some of the Ch1 events, and man this cute green/yellow/red traffic light bestie group really has changed...:(

One has her "nothing matters but Sensei" true color more revealed, one gets less and less joyful, and one becomes more obsessively creepy with every passing second

A little afterthought about Maya is that, it's probably obvious in hindsight that she cares only about Sensei and cares little to none about others or even her so-called friends (at least not on a comparable scale at all); things she said to Sensei like “I help you because your existence unfortunately is tied to a short list of people I care” really is a tsudere response.

One thought I've had recently... not sure if I'd call it a concern, or a worry, necessarily, but I am curious how much content Sel's got planned for this game. Hearing "years" makes me apprehensive, because I guess I don't want the story to become too bloated, or meandering, you know? I've been a supporter for a while, and will continue to do so, but I do wonder sometimes if the story might end up getting to be too much if it goes for a looooong time
Same here, it's been almost 2 years since I made that comment and the story definitely meandered for a while. It feels like things are starting to tighten up a bit at least

Actually, now Bingoogus has me going back through the pages, finding all the regular commenters first posts in this thread, and seeing how their opinions have changed about the game over time. It's kind of interesting

In retrospect, there seems to be only 3 people Maya actually seems to care about and, surprisingly, Ayane does not make that list.

Maya obviously loves Sensei and Ami, but for some reason she seems to strangely care about Sana. I never really noticed it much, but there's a few times where she seems notably friendly towards Sana:

Everyone else Maya mostly seems to just tolerate, or abhor in Noriko's case. I could just be overthinking this though.

Not exactly my favorite, but that every girl that awakens (if not everyone) will be sacrificed to HOPE by Maya to free her, likely Akira/Sensei, and maybe Ami, from this world, in one of the endings. Or at least she'll think it'll free them.

Sensei might also be given the option to stop her, stay out of it, or help her. Then it'll go straight Blacksouls.

Might just be my Blacksouls trauma speaking, but I also do not trust Ami at all.
I haven't really changed much apparently.

Did Nikki there just let slip that she knows Akira jumped from the roof?
