Some really bizarre/surprising placements here.
- Maya has never shown interest in anyone other than Akira and hates the idea of sharing him with another girl. And if she's really that attracted to girls, wouldn't she have acted on it after thousands of years of sexual frustration?
- Sana is surprisingly high unless her new hypersexuality just means she would high on any list having to do with sex.
- Otoha and Niki are only kind of lesbian despite Otoha being in an actual lesbian relationship and Niki being bisexual enough to cause a fight with her boyfriend?
- Imani is only kind of lesbian but enthusiastically makes out with a woman she just met?
- Ami made a move on Uta in the last update, and I think one of 0.42 previews seemed to show her coming on to Ayane as well, but she's in the same tier as two girls who both claim to not be attracted to girls at all?
- And yeah, Tsuneyo seems way too attracted to girls' bodies to not be at least a little bit bisexual.
- I guess the placement of the wizards and Yasu makes sense if you consider it the default position for people who haven't started exploring their sexuality yet.

I was going to point out what DeSkel already did: Maya's "lesbian" comes from wanting to have sex with herself. After all, she's fucking adorable. Else, we'd have to take the Otoha violin scene (which I hated) seriously.
Prince Ami being a "situational lesbian" may point out to the Prince Ami persona being a fake, and Ami changing tactics to seduce the people that want to seduce Akira (I personally don't think so).

Yeah... So if this is supposed to be a Kinsey scale (0 = "Loser"/only into guys and 6 = "Literally a Lesbian"/only into girls).... I don't think so.
I mean, every single one of the "Really Lesbian" ladies is into Sensei. Molly and Uta have both said they're bisexual (as have Wakana, Haruka, Noriko, Nodoka, and even Rin, from the "Super Lesbian" group, right?), Maya's one and only passion (aside from watermelon) is Akira, and both Sara and Sana may be interested in girls, but seem WAY more focussed on Akira and his dick then on anyone else. I can see, for example, Sana in a threesome with Akira and Rin or Ayane (like her mom with Haruka and Maki) before any one-on-one with either.
Or... a threesome with Akira, Sana, and Sara. Mmm.
ETA: Also, not to get all serious and shit, but RE: sexuality and pre-pubescence... Sana, Maya, Sara, Chika and Ami stand out to me.
Sana we don't know very much about but she seemed to barely be aware of the possiblity when the topic came up in class.
Maya has shown no hints of homosexuality.
I would think Maki x Sara would be a thing already if Sara was gay but it hasn't happened as far as we know.
Chika firts with Uta and Rin. Then tells Ayane she could do whatever she wants to her but she's only kinda lesbian??
Ami, someone who tried to seduce/kiss Uta, being in the same tier as Ayane, the girl who needs to be blackmailed/pressured into doing stuff with a girl, is very weird to me.
In retrospect, when Sana told Rin that she didn't understand lesbian stuff and wanted Rin to show her, she probably understood what she was doing 100% and was just flirting.
