There's a bug in the current version of the game where the completion of that event is only set in the Huggy Boy version and not in Lessons in Love. However, it will fix itself once you get to day 24 -- your save isn't permanently broken or anything.

Patreon was started by Jack Conti to allow a platform for music artists to have a way to have patrons to support their work. That's not only the sole focus of Patreon, but I expect the AVN market is just a tiny part of their business and as such, it's a fairly easy equations to solve. Leaving Patreon won't hurt them, but moving to a platform that appreciates our business would be better."

Most countries in Europe have a much healthier, more liberal attitude to human sexuality. The US got the Puritans and our conservative religious institutions have significant influence over government despite the First Amendment.

eventually, subscribestar will get pinched the way Snapchat, Craigslist, PornHub, Patreon, and OnlyFans were. Eventually, all those places e-girls fled to when OnlyFans got pinched will get pinched. Once they get big enough and enough money is flowing through them to get government attention, it's inevitable.
None of these companies ACTUALLY want to turn away money. They'd happily take the money if feds were breathing down their necks.

You don't need it. The only version uploaded of .21 part 2 was the version with sex.

The verison uploaded here is labeled "sex version." I haven't tested it, but if it's labeled as the sex version, it's probably the complete version and doesn't need to be patched
