Actually that remains to be seen. If the MC is going to be forced into sexual encounters with the other women (where we as players won't have a say in the matter) then yes, it's going to become exactly what is described above. That would totally ruin it for me and anyone else hoping for a proper romance with Bella. What made it so special back in Season-1 was the fact that no 3rd parties were involved and they didn't cheat on each other.
And just to be clear, no excuse about them having been under the influence of some sex drug could ever reconcile them romantically once they start fucking other people. At that point, the romance is dead (which already happened on the NTR path).

I can't say this enough. NTR games are A LOT more realistic than Harem games. In real life, there is always a chance that your wife / girlfiend will cheat on y hind your back or you will catch her.

I have never heard of anyone having a relationship with their mom, sister, sisters friend, coworker, waitress, your "hot" aunt, and a nurse all at the same time and HEY LOOK, they all want to have a bisexual relationship with each other too because they all get along with each other so well!!!!

And look at it this way... even if the 11 women you are having a relationship with don't know about each other, that means you are cheating on them, which I'm sure would be considered some form of NTR to some as well.

So you may as well play this game and enjoy it. HINT: All you have to do is choose the option that doesn't say (NTR).

I completely agree, and occasionally I'll find an NTR scene or two that I find well executed and important w/ regards to dramatic tension. The tag is not a disqualifier for me, but it has to actually involve seduction/lust/intimacy and attempt to get her back from the dude. It seems like the average writer can turn out a better harem story than an NTR-focused story. Too many "NTR" games seem to have a tendency to devolve into super loyal faithful fiance spontaneously deciding she like's black dudes, finding the first black dude in sight, having him call his two buddies, and let them all go to town on her. It's such a tired, beaten to death BBC trope (not even really NTR but I digress...)

However, most of us don't prioritize "realism" as a crucial criteria in our porn games, the point is to escape from the real world and have experiences we cannot easily live out in RL. In harem games, you don't have to worry about incidentally upsetting a love interest and her going off to get revenge by cheating; you can confidently pursue the choices and actions that interest you while excluding those that don't without severe, potentially game-ruining (for them) kink content. To each their own, I'm glad it exists for those who want it, I just hope it doesn't signal a larger trend.

Many fans feel DMD Ch. 3's cardinal sin is the introduction of sharing content; to some of them, that addition of OPTIONAL content on ONE of MULTIPLE paths somehow ruined the entire game for them, including Ch1&2 which have none of that shit.

I've been genuinely shocked by the number of commenters over on that thread I've seen echo that exact sentiment. That tag is a pretty hard pass for me, so I haven't spent much of any time in threads with bestiality tag previously. I'd always perceived/assumed it was a very niche kink with a small (but devoted) following, but judging by the number of times I saw it mentioned optimistically by commenters debating the recent DMD content containing other male NPCs hooking up with D that may not be the case...

The way he worded it doesn't say much though. It's obvious that's not the focus of the game anymore. We just got an update with only NTR and voyeur scenes, plus the repeated emasculation of the main character. The game can easily continue in the same pattern, with a "love route" that gets some content every once in a while as a side path and the dev will still be true to his words. If you're getting some leftovers, you're technically not left out.

I'm not optimistic about this game after the complete 180 they pulled. I'll give it one more update, but I'm pretty sure we'll end up with three possible outcomes. Cuckfest, sharing Desmond's whores, or back to blueballing...

It's not just the actual NTR scene. This whole update was tailor-made to cater a certain fan base. We start with the daughter fantasizing about the guy she banged the previous night while talking to the phone with the MC and that's apparently something we have to see, then we have your typical BBC scene, which once again we have to see, at the same time the MC gets cockblocked/blueballed just because Desmond finished his business and of course as soon as he raises his voice the MC acts like a pussy scared of the big bad man! The daughter of course can fuck a random douche she met 5" ago, because she saw him with a towel and of course the MC is intimidated by how strong his handshake is... And don't forget the random voyeur scene because we need to see everyone getting some except for the MC. After all that, the direction the game took is quite obvious. From Lewd Island to Cuck Yacht in just one update.

Ye pretty much how i feel too. Steered pretty hard into the NTR side of things, at least seemingly. It's not exactly that i am not into NTR. I can like it but here this whole game all of a sudden feels like 'Heres this intimidating black guy who has a bigger dick than you and you can't do anything about it. Oh and also theres this hunk of a captain with (dumb looking) tatoos who has a bigger dick than you and is better at sex than you and the FMC instantly is swooned by him and wants to fuck him straight away and both of them just emasculate the MC and put him to shame'

Secondly in relation to the last update, I have learnt a great deal on how an things can get misconstrued if not explained or shown correctly. Once again, that's on me. I will do better with future updates (Which brings me to the next one, I fully believe that this will be received much more positively by the majority.)

Do not take that as a sign as me trying to flip flop or revert on previous story beats, I continue as normal with how the story will be told. Striking a balance is still very important as I don't want anyone to feel excluded by the choices.

I stand by my initial stance that in this game the most important thing to me is the relationship between the MC x FMC. Everything that has happened thus far will play into the bigger story, it will all make sense.

I'm sure I speak for many in saying I'm cautiously optimistic about your next update. In reviewing the last 5ish pages of the thread and last page or two of reviews, there seem to be similar recurring complaints, critiques, and suggestions reiterated in various ways for greater clarity. You got no shortage of input about the departure in tone, setting, and narrative structure that came with the start of S2 compared with S1.

You drew in your fans with your portrayal of the chemistry between MC & FMC; I would keep that as the primary focus.

A lot of games that try to provide equal content between multiple routes end up alternating updates between 2 or more "paths" or endings, all of the storylines end up stagnating and story progression in any given path gets significantly slowed down (The Way, Alison: FOTA, Dr. Amana less directly, etc.). Just additional food for thought. Keep it up and happy holidays to all. Stay safe out there.
