Just finished replaying thru Lewd Mod 1, had a totally different experience.
The story involving Selfiebook and all the different rules, Sophie sending you examples, people protesting the censorship, the Darla D story arc... None of this is in Lewd Mod 2.
Genuinely think the creator ran out of ideas and he's just dragging it

I think you are right. They probably realized they could work less on it and still get paid just as much. Still not sure how they have so many subscribers on that Patreon of theirs! Half of the subscribers must have forgotten they're subscribed.
This game is ranked top 50 in the itch.io adult game section. Any game that reaches the top of itch.io adult ranking is supposed to have tons of patreon or maybe people like to support text based game very much

nobody is saying it's a bad game, just that the parasite developer barely works on it anymore as he pockets a bunch of money
According to his last comment the delays are because he’s spending most of his time making the branching paths (that no one asked for) and to expect an update in 2 weeks or so.
So far there are no branching paths, choices only let you skip certain content
After seeing all these comments i decided to play the game. I played continuously until chapter 10
And my reaction is , is this even a porn game. This is so boring nothing happenes. The boss girl just keep teasing you again and again. I wanted to fuck her when she first started to get naughty. But she just keep teasing you again and again. This is a big turn off. I would never fuck such a girl. She herself want to get fuck. So why should I fuck her. It's really boring!
Should I continue the story after chapter 10 or other chapters are also like this ?

Well, the meaning of porn games has been scretched, even a text-based games are still a porn game. But this game is not a good porn game.
And. No, dont play it, this game or other spin games from HH (except the fan made about spy or detective or something). Well, you can, but its gonna waste your time. As long you dont spend money on it. And those people who said that, are either they dont know if f95 is exist or just sheep, or might be an minor who spend money for nothing like fortnite kids out there.
It basically fits into a niche “sexting” genre which for a lot of people; including myself scratched that itch (heh) like nothing else.
There’s tons of other games where you get straight to the fucking but this hits a such a sweet spot between long winded dialogue of VN type games and straight up porn simulators.
I personally do enjoy the dialogue a decent amount at times, but I can see how its just not for everyone
However for anyone else thinking they’d be into this kinda genre, don’t get trapped, you’re gonna be disappointed how this game went downhill; it’s honestly such a shame.
Since everyone is giving their two cents, here's mine that no one asked for but I'm giving it anyway.
When I found Lewd Mod around two years ago on Itch, I subbed to HH on Patreon. I thought it was a decent thing to do to support the creator since I really liked the content and wanted more. It's unique and relatively high quality, albeit very simple. Don't get me wrong, I still think it's a decent thing to do for those who like the game.
What made me stop the monthly donations and get an account here instead was the same thing that turned The Walking Dead stale - a lack of direction. He's established a repertoire of elements that he can comfortably keep without changing much. His Patreon numbers are quite high so why fix what isn't broken? I can see his side of why it's more rewarding to run things this way.
There's some talk on here about how he isn't producing content fast enough. Considering he had reached a sub goal set at around $4000 per month that said he would work on this full time, I have to agree. This doesn't feel like a project that someone is committing their full time to, having produced the content at around the same speed if not faster before the goal was reached. Though it's been a while since I've had access to the Patreon so I'm not sure if I'm misremembering, if he's removed it, or offered an explanation. However, I suppose we should remember that this is just a dude's hobby and he can choose to stop at any time.
Lewd Mod 1's gameplay modifiers (temporary rules) and narratives were definitely better. There have been a few rules here and there such as spotting sex toys or denying covered nipples, but not much story to go along with it. Nothing like Darla D and the protests.
My dream for this game's direction is to just move things along story-wise to a sense of culmination with some evolution of the gameplay. Spend time on drawing out a rich overarching narrative such as where we are actually talking to these characters in-person instead of messages. Build up to a situation where we meet Sophie, Ingrid, Maddie, Kurt in the office, either for a few days, or permanently. Point to the end of COVID restrictions and "upper management" wanting people to come in as the reason or something. Could even do a day out with Ellie or some shit first to gauge it. Let us FUCK Sophie. Sorry, that was strange of me to say. But hell, maybe even give the protagonist a backstory and an visual appearance in the form of HR checking our profile for an annual review, then use that as a basis for humanising the character and developing interpersonal relationships with the other characters. The point here is that there's a shit ton of viable ideas that aren't being explored, even if it means changing the gameplay. We're all too used to just tapping yes/no on pictures and want something else to happen. Or at least have something dramatic happen. Please don't let this be The Walking Dead.
Use those skills to make a comic such as a prequel or spin-off of one of the characters. Doesn't even have to be the same art style - could be an opportunity to safely experiment with new styles while enriching your game. Or don't. But there is a fandom for Lewd Mod that is clawing for more.
Understand that HH Richards is probably burned out after working on this for three years, and wants to stick to a method that just works as something he can make money on the side with. But I can still wish.

There is no point, really. HH Richards will continue being lazy while getting paid for it because truth is, who wouldn't I guess. It is such a simple game that if it was being worked on "full time" there would be 1 or 2 new days every week. I'm not kidding, when you account for how laughbly bad the story is and the fact that most of the pictures are real life images simply put through a filter tool, it would likely be that easy to burn through let's be honest here.
Who knows, maybe HH Richards is using their Patreon to launder money and this piss simple game is a facade.

The thing about HH Richards that annoys me is that he's a bullshitter and he doesn't seem to understand the word "soon". "Soon" should mean 1 week at most but this guy always says soon when he actually means 25+ days later. The last patreon post said that the update was coming soon and it was posted in July and guess what? It's still not here.
Wouldn't expect to see it for another month.
Reminder that this guy makes 4200 € per month off of Patreon alone and takes over 40 days to make a 10 minutes text update.
Looking forward to play this, he said it got delayed because it was being reworked based on community suggestions, really curious to see if he kept his word
