I literally was asking why the ratings were so low, this is the first comment I see. Good to know I guess, if the story is that sloppy ig ill just speed through the renders to get the scenes and see some of them to know kind of whats happening, if i can even make that much since from it lol

I never got to play the first iteration, which reportedly circled around college. Apparently that was an ok story, although I doubt the writing was much better.
The final version however is a complete rewrite, but elements of the old story still lingers. The MC is employed as an intern, but there are lines about getting detention still in the story. And that's just one example.
Scenes and a lot of the dialogue appear disjointed, without context.

So it's quite obvious that this is not the original story, but a patchwork of new and old, that lacks coherency. It's sloppy at best and it doesn't help that the dialogue is borderline cringe throughout.

I wish it had a good story and writing, because the artwork is very good imho.

Hey, I know this might not matter to a lot of you, but I just want to get this off my chest. After a lot of thinking, I’ve decided to stop working on my incest mod for this game. It's been on my mind for a while now, and after seeing the state of the game when it was released on Steam, I really wanted to quit. The only thing holding me back was feeling like it’d be kind of “rude” or something to just walk away.

To make a version of the mod I’d actually be happy with, I’d pretty much would have to rewrite the whole game from the ground up, and honestly, it’s just not worth it to me anymore. I know the mod wasn’t perfect, and I know I didn’t put in as much effort on it recently, but I hope you guys still enjoyed it in some way.

The bottom line is, I’ve lost interest in working on mod for a game that’s basically dead to me now. I’d rather focus on things I actually enjoy, like practicing my music and mixing skills. I’m sorry if this is disappointing to some of you, but it’s just where I’m at right now.

thats pretty disappointing but i can understand the burnout. i just picked it up on steam during a sale to support the dev, might refund it if its got that many massive changes. the last version i played was 0.7 or 0.8 something, and it was fairly good. do you know if the dev made any statements about why they did that?

Nope. It's for steam version. I-patch for patreon version is different.

Sorry been busy, at a glance this is due to your renpy version. It's confused, soI can only imagine you're dropping the game into an older renpy sdk. To fix either update the renpy to >= 7.5.3 iirc which should resolve the issue. Else will have to wait until i can patch it for legacy versions. I regrettably dont have the time at this precise moment, but should have some free time this coming week to patch it.

Did you actually read that statement in its entirety and understand it?
She made it very clear that she had recalled old employees and changed the way the game was released, no longer using the Patreon method and no longer accepting monthly donations.
The team switched to the Steam method, creating behind closed doors and releasing all work at once upon completion.
English is not my native language, and I don't even use English in my daily life, but I can understand what she is saying.
