Is the current version translated to English right of the bat or do I need to download the patches?

I think the two downloads in the op have the transfix already (one with and one without mods), if not then just pick one from here.

I might have miss understood the "molested" thing actually, one has the unmodded transfix and one has none.

So had to get those files you said but some of the menu text hasn't be translated like the change log and read me menu.

is there a gallery mod? i remember back then there was a gallery mod and in this new version I dont see it

No ending other than the bad one. There's no schedule either, the game gets a update if and when the developer decides they want to do it.

Oh, that's kinda sad, i really got involved in this one, but thanks for answering, i think i will put it on the shelf for a while then, i'm close to 3000 affection and 2000 lust.
I think i will give a try to butterfly affection and take a look at determinable unstable.

Hello, i have downloaded this game that seems to be beautiful but there are some bug that don't allow me to enjoy the game... Sometime i can't push a button or the game freeze ... I don't understand because nobody here has mentionned that and I have a good computer. Any ideas ?

People have posted about having problems like that, it can be a bit laggy for me sometimes but it's usually not too bad. If your monitor resolution is over 1080p try lowering it, or maybe try moving the game to the desktop. Otherwise not sure.
check a few posts up, but no there isn't.
