Another method for a troublesome modded .7z extract, or at least the method I used which worked for me, is to create a new folder and just drag/drop the files into said folder. May or may not work for you but there's at least something to try if you want.
is there plans for adding some of ichibikun's mod to this? I was browsing his website and it looks like he added a lot including charecters from Freakily Charming's other games. and even more shop stuff, I'm considering toughing it out with a bad translator app so I can try it.

There was a conversation about taking some bits from it, but our mod maker can't do much at the moment.
So, I guess this game is completed? No more updates, means this is the final version of the game? There's nothing left to expect?

No there's a version 3.0.0 in the works, probably won't be any new actual content in it though. Look back here for more.
I just reached the first sex scene, but the cock of the MC is extremely veiny and it really turns me off, and I don't recall it looking like that back when I played it. Is the appearance of the cock from a mod or from a game update? I installed the modded and translated version btw.
