Yes, except the usual things. And with that 3.0.22 some of the settings menus aren't translated, but there is a extra scene from it's mod pack.
Edit - Now a lot less of the settings are untranslated...

I found a 3.0.22 uncensored, molested version on Nyaa, but doesn't seem to run for some reason (error message in moon-runes)

This is probably what's on Nyaa, but with a older version of the patch and mod pack installed than you can get for it now. Molested is just what the uploaded nicknamed the 2.5.2 game when the posted the two different patches here.
3.0 and above are pretty sensitive to the file address.

You mean that door scene? How to get that one? I've played this verision for some time and I still didn't get it.
btw. Did anyone encounter the bug where sex sounds from masturbation scene don't turn off after the scene has ended?

So the modded version adds an exhibitionist option. When can you actually get the ball rolling on that? When i try it now Sylvie just says she's too embarrassed to wear anything revealing in public.

3.0 was a massive update (just not content wise) and they're just incompatible. From my experience the X.0.0 updates will be like that, the 0.X.X ones will usually be ok but might need some fiddling with.

hello to everyone, i've noticed there was a new uptade but i wanna keep the 2.5.2 version tho. Lately, it stopped working. I'm using Joiplay (android 11), what should i do? i was thinking of saving the save file "teachingfeeling_tyrano_data.sav" and deleting and re-installing everything.. Will that work? or maybe there's another way? Thank you

Yes, you can run 3.0.22 with Joiplay.
Though the installation is quite complicated.

I think the linked ports have accessible save folders, it's mentioned in posts of older versions. But 2.5.2 saves will not work with the 3.0 version.
Android port works, but joiplay is more convenient, since you can mess with the game data. Like switching files with the custom clothes mod in 2.5.2 (when custom clothe for 3.0.22?!!?). Also, updating mod is easier, u just have to download from the mega folder and apply patch. While for android port, u have to download the whole game again.
Installation for joiplay might be a little bit complicated, but its worth it
