Don't think it was updated. The modpack for the opening posts 2.5.2, and the one for 3.0.22 have the roleplay mod. It doesn't mess with the start of the game but does add the molesting scene in as a (late game) event.

.3.0.22 has been mostly translated, just some (compared to earlier versions) small parts not done.

There's also a broken image if you look top left. No idea why people are getting errors recently, although that one looks like one you might get from installing tfpatchguy's patch to the game (with przemo's already installed) in the opening post.
If you haven't try tfpatchguy's things. There's 3.0.22, or if you don't want to restart 2.5.2. Which also has a Electron port that could be tried, but install them on a completely untouched copy of the game.
Oh there is a issue with the opening posts 7z files, with WinRAR and the long name things can go wrong.
Im downloading them rn, gonna startt a new game and all, thx beforehand

So, I've played the translated v3.0.22 for a couple of hours, and noticed that there are no new scenes with Sylvie since last time I played the game which must have been... 5 years ago? Am I missing something?

There's no new Sylvie. Other than from the modpack, check modpack info in tfpatchguy's 3.0.22 MEGA folder.
So, is dev done with the game or is it """"in development"""" like so many other adult games?
EDIT: read his tumblr, what a thin-skinned drama queen.

The author of this game didn't like anything that people made silvie fanarts and said it was plagiarism, so he blocked everyone outside of Japan

Yeah, but to top it off, any reposts of his art is stealing, re-releases of the game in other languages is piracy, instead of capitalizing on foreign popularity he got dismayed and doesn't want to work on the game anymore, because 'pirates' and people on twitter telling him they played the non-japanese version of the game.
Somehow, in his mind, him stopping his work on an official english version of the game has owned the 'pirates'.
To me, it seems, he demonstrates very basic art-hoe thinking: hating money and success and the same time bitching about lack thereof.

bruh after realizing that there are new version of teaching feeling out there i just lost all interest in this version
