Well it is a UE game.UE games are often terribly optimized.

Major improvement can be had by playing a smaller map. London (the default) is by far one of the largest. Try instead Bath (really only a medium sized) also included by default. Or download an even smaller map of your choice, although it may be necessary to 'randomise unknown buildings' when selecting the map if it is not properly populated. Also selecting the 'classic map graphics' option when setting up the map greatly reduces the load on the GPU.Just unthinkable power consumption. The system chassis is clean, there is no dust in it, I check it every two weeks. But it heats up like a heating battery in wintertime. Despite the fact that when I launch Fallout 4 in UHD quality, the temperature in it does not rise above 42-45 degrees Celsius. In the case of this game, the stable indicator is 80-85 degrees. System configuration: CPU i5-7500, 32 Gb. RAM, Geforce GTX 1660 Ti.OS: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC v. 1809 (2019) x64.
, View attachment Bedrooms.7z these are rooms that i use, pick and choose, or not, by the way like ur redress and home assingnment mods, they work quite well, with small bugs, if you have changed your own house toor added to it or removed the players house will go bac to default aand all changes that you do disappear, no biggie, all my bedrooms are redone so that bug is no longer a issue, i enjoy both mods, and find it is easier to control your companions as they are now in houses instead of a list, and you add the name of the ppl in that house, and favorite it and now the map shows where they live, and u just click the fave home and go i have had 35 different ppl or couples in thier own houses, sometimes you do lose all the favorites but you can show all places by clicking tab i think, but other than that, i enjoy looking at the map and going to a friends home or lovers by just clicking a home icon on the mapWho's good at making rooms? I've got one that I've been working on but it's got an annoying issue where when the room and character initially loads the character falls through the floor. I suspect that the AI is trying to move the character to a space that's already occupied by an object.
Not really sure how to solve this other than making the room unrealistically big so the character doesn't spawn/move inside of something. For scenes I can just specify specific coordinates to spawn, but this is meant as a replacement for a base game room, so there's no way I can specify where to spawn if I'm just moving to that building type from the map
Ah I'm actually making some rooms for another mod I'm working on, so I don't want to just take other people's creations and include them in my mod. I appreciate the offer though., View attachment 1349834 these are rooms that i use, pick and choose, or not
Sounds like the known issue I mentioned in the mod post. Nothing I can do about it currently which is why I recommended having a saved preset of your bedroom before moving anybody into houses. The way the mod works under the hood is it temporarily switches your home to the one you want to move somebody into, adds them as your neighbor, and then switches your home back to the original. That's why your bedroom gets reset. It resets whenever you switch homes.if you have changed your own house toor added to it or removed the players house will go bac to default aand all changes that you do disappear
I might be able to automate that as part of the mod. I didn't think of it at the time. I'll play around with it.and favorite it and now the map shows where they live
It takes forever to load on a normal PC too. It needs more optimization.Takes forever to load on my old laptop. Why wasn't I born to rich parents jesus its so bad being poor and horny
The same can be said to probably every game on here made in UE. Kinda makes you think if its really the engine's fault or the developers' why their games are so poorly unoptimizedIt takes forever to load on a normal PC too. It needs more optimization.
Whats "normal" and "forever" for you? I have no problem with Startup and loading Game. Even on Big Maps.It takes forever to load on a normal PC too. It needs more optimization.
Just a though but have you check mod load order ?I know it's highly unlikely to happen, but I really wish someone ported this game to phones.
Speaking of mods, I'm not sure which one it is, but one of the mods is giving me a kind of conflict: I start the game without phone or computer and even when I buy one, I still can't use them. I think it's one of those storage mods.![]()
