You've earned another fan here NaughtyRoad! It's so refreshing to have real looking women instead of cookie cutter supermodels and a genuine story that feels realistic instead of 'MC has a magic dick, lets hop on it!' standard fare.

Denise dancing is magical... I don't think I've played another VN that gives the characters such a genuine youthful energy and I've played literally hundreds. Her excitement when 'the plan' starts coming together really had me smiling. I wasn't a fan of Macy at first, as I tend to not like tatted up 'bad girls' but her personality and personal issues slowly won me over!

I will now spread the word that Light of my Life is a must play!

I first saw this on another site, almost didn't download it because everyone was harping on how ugly the models are, and yeah they aren't the typical super model models you see in most games, but that's part of the appeal for me Its easier to get into the story (and this is an interesting story for sure) when all the small details are more down to earth. they aren't super hot, and somewhat disproportionate, but at least they look like sisters, and everyone look like people you might actually see in the everyday real world. I also really appreciate that this creator seems to understand how to keep you interested in seeing what's next but also giving you enough that you don't feel robbed of content if you're supporting them, there are a lot of creators that could learn from this. My only real gripe with the game is there seems to be a lot of useless dialog choices that don't add to or effect the story and just become annoying over time.

No worries - Just got off a 10 hour work day, I have low blood sugar and am a bit punchy. I didn't mean to sound like a dick. At least not much ... LOL

Just pointing out here that unlike a wide range of other VNs, there's dozens upon dozens of dialogue choices tracked here, and you'll probably be going "I never said that" or "I never did that" quite a lot as you go through the story. I'd recommend against it unless you're just planning to skip dialog anyways.

You expect us to not take another persons saved choices and when we still do that, then not complain about it not lining up with what our own choices would have been? Thats some high expectations right there. You do remember you are on the internet right? Not even a yellow warning sticker can save you from the internet-dumb-darwinistic-dipshit comments.

I know it's rare but there are some helpful devs and posters here that like to be helpful and not too cynical. I'm too petty and snark filled for that myself but it is nice to see regardless

Just finished my first play through this. Great stuff!! Glad I waited for there to be a good deal of content, or else I think I would have gotten pretty frustrated with the slow burn, but now that there's enough of it that you can... IDK, sort of stand back and look, I think this is easily an All-Time Top Ten effort. And maybe I'm especially down with Latinas, maybe I've just never been that into fapping to Daz Barbie dolls, but I love the art work and the character design!

Definitely agree. The Daz models would be nice if they were only in a handful of games, or atleast customized more so they're somewhat unique, but seeing the same model used in the same character role in so many games is getting so old. I think that's one of the big appeals of this game actually. Along with the good writing, atmosphere, and story; the characters just look different from anything else.

When I was between 15-25, I've had some girls flirt with me that were closer to the "model/pornstar"-type while going out but I always fell for the dorky/laidback/shy girls that didn't spend hours in front of the mirror. The girls that looked good and cute without an abundance of make-up.

Unfortunately those days are over and I'm not as lucky anymore haha, ah well... I lived a little at least.. Shamefully is was short-lived but yeah... At least there's games, right?

Yeah, I knew what you meant, couldn't resist making a joke about it, but I agree with everything you said, all the way to the end. When you've lived a little and reality snags you bad, atleast there're games.
