Oh, I did. I just thought I'd let someone know about the dead-end. I usually use MEGA, because my internet is super sucky and it's a bit more "stable" in comparison to downloading through the browser itself.

I have completed all but 3 quests (Big stomach, Big breasts - small, and Big sign (but I think I have to lose to a boss for that one)
Can someone please tell me or give a better hint than the game as towards what to do?
Also a big tip / advice for others: Always talk to the fairy near the pond / between both houses every day, save, then teleport around until you find the girl.

Basically, John8r9's save except I discovered some new titles (Hero, Demon King) via levelling up. Also Lilia is pregnant with everything.
Was this really translated by a person? It seems like it is machine translated. Do I need to download that patch as well in order to fix this and make it more readable? Or this is just the way the translation is?

No release date, AFAIK. It's Preggopixels (the "Seeds of Destiny" developer) who is working on it. He's also adding some new content. He has a Discord, which is the best place to find out more.

Yeah, I'm working out a full translation of the game. It's going to take a bit since as of this post I maybe have about a third of the game translated. That said I've been in contact with mikotoshi-dou regarding making some mod content for the game as well. Since I got his permission, that means once completed I can only release the modded files. You would simply have to overwrite the original game with the modded files and it should work. (Be sure to make a copy of the original game first however). Anyways here is a list of some changes made in the mod. There is no release date but I'll be sure to let you all know once its complete.
-New over-world map travel system.
-Added more fairies to the main base with some unique dialogue depending on your belly, bust or both sizes.
-Increased the amount of parasites produced from fertilization. Now it should feel like a more pressing matter that if fertilization occurs your belly will start to grow.
-Changed the worm area in game to mostly include worms that attack breasts, there is one worm that will attack urethra but you have to go out of your way to find it should you wish.
-Added a new herb to the west forest where all the worms live called milk weed. Harvesting it without gathering gloves will result in you getting poked by milk weed needles, increasing your bust size with milk.
-Added new craft-able healing potion that restores 45% HP and grants 1% Breast Experience. Costs: 2 Milkweed, 1 Breast Milk to produce. Requires level 1 medical station in house.
-Added several new buildings to the main village as lilia's house is upgraded, including several houses, a tavern, a barn, and an armory.
-Added traps to dungeons --Swamp dungeon now has mushroom estrus traps --Erosion forest has tentacle ejaculation traps
-Swamp dungeon now has a new collectible herb called "Fertile Mushroom". Without having the gatherer's gloves item in your inventory, attempting to gather this herb will cause Lilia to gain the Ovulation state resulting in an increased chance of fertilization occurring.
-Added tentacle monsters to the swamp dungeon, also expanded the 2nd floor of the swamp dungeon.
-Added Witches house to the swamp, she will trade EP for fertile mushrooms. Giving her mushrooms will cause her to... eventually become pregnant.
-Added new sprites for Lilia for her normal clothes, if have a large enough bust it will be reflected in her sprite. If you have a large enough belly it will now be reflected in her sprite. Should you have a large bust and belly, it will be reflected in her sprite.
-Should you become too large in the bust area, lilia's speed will be reduced.
-Should you become too large in the belly area, lilia's speed will be reduced.
-Should you become too large in the bust and belly, lillia's speed will be severely reduced.
-Fairies located at the lake and at the west and south coast will now sell goods related to those areas for an increased cost.

Oh wow! All of that sounds fantastic!! I am checking out your game right now, and even joined your Discord server to be able to follow along with this. Though, I don't seem to be able to see anything in the server but the entrance hall and the rules section. Really looking forward to the finished game and the mods!

Thanks, in regards to the discord server you will have to accept the rules by giving a thumbs up at the bottom. After that you should be able to access all of the server. I do have a few more updates on my discord server on mod changes. Still working on translations, I have most of the overworld translated by now, just working on common event dialogue and such. Still little ways out. Here are a few more changes in the mod.
-Three new characters have been added to the base as Lilia improves her house.
-Tyra the water spirit fairy: You can meet her in the new tavern, she will sell the player alcholic beverages as well as give friendly advice. You will be able to have unique conversations should you meet her in places similar to the other characters in the game. Her fetish content will be focused around drinking and watersports.
-Freya the life spirit fairy: You can meet Freya in the new barn, she will give the player quests to collect "special ingrediants" which in turn she will use to impregnate herself. After a certain number of days that pass, a new monster will be born and will be housed in the barn. You then can collect "special ingredients" from said monsters without engaging in combat. Her fetish content will be focused on impregnation and pregnancy/hyperpregnancy.
-Pyras the fire spirit fairy: You can meet Pyras in the new armory/forge. She can directly sell you specific crafting materials should you need something specific, the price might be high however. Her fetish content will be focused on dominance and futa content.
-Added several new sprites for enemies so it should be much easier to tell them apart.
-Added new boss sprites that should look a bit more intimidating.
-Upgraded the mountain trail rest area so it should look like a proper checkpoint/outpost.
-Added alcoholic beverages to the game, drinking them will result in a unique buff, removes all stomach parasites, as well as adds one point to your drink counter. Should you drink a lot, you will start to get some side effects such as a shaky screen. Should you drink too much you will pass out and wake up in Angelica's mansion. Angelica will take 100 EP from you as a cost of her having to rescue you.
-Added a few new "hidden" zones to the game. You will have to search to find them.
Odd, I did that and nothing came up, so I removed it, put it back, and it worked. How strange. Anyways, those changes, and adding those NPCs sounds amazing.
In Rain's Rave, when you were defeated, there was often a blurb about what happened to Rain, as the creature had their way with her. I noticed that in this game there wasn't really any of that (well, there might have been, but the text went off the side of the screen). Are there any plans to add more fluff to those scenes when Lilila loses?

There won't really be any art changes, most of those are hard scripted in the game. It's been a bit since I've played rains rave but I could look at it. I did try to slow down some of the combat text so you can actally read whats going on.
Most of this mod is focused on makeing the world more unique amd challeging. Also wanted to make lilias various conditions feel more impactful. I do have a program to create custom sprites so in this case I felt like I could make the enemies on the map look more like their combat picture. Also on a side note, I do intend to look into a translated version of the game without my mod as well.

Ok, I'm heading back to do some development for some of my other games but wanted to put this out here for anyone interested in the mod I mentioned. It's still incomplete but you can play what I have made so far. It might be a bit before I get back to working on the mod again so I wanted to let people try out what I have done so far.

Tried playing this. Opening H-Scene crashed me due to being unable to find a file. Not sure if this will still be the case when I post this but, I just thought it'd be good to know
Tried playing the game without this mod, and I crash any time "Insect B" attacks me. The file for the H Scene is missing, I guess.

Hmmm... It could be that you have an extraction error possibly? I would maybe recommend you change your system local/unicode to Japanese and then try extracting the game and\or mod. Once that is done, you can switch back to your home local.
Question from someone playing this for the first time: is there a way to change the game's window size?
