There are? Didn't you check gallery - differences depend f.e. on Lustworm progress, or your decision in the cellar with Airi.

The decision is more of a GOR option I'd say (as an "ending" is something that is followed by the credits roll etc - also likely every single H-game has GOR scenes and choices, but just a few feature this tag), while much of the gallery are game-over screens as well. Funny enough, the actual ending has no galley entry at all - or is there a special post-boss scene should you finish the game with a high-enough Lustworm stage or something? Though probably the tag simply refers to the tower which, indeed, triggers what can be considered "an alternate ending" (lovely scenes btw, sad they didn't make it into the game)...

Nope, these arent just game over rape endings, there are different outcomes depending on decisions/encounters, one is based on the lustworm progress. But there are few others.
And yeah the gallery is f x scenes. sure there is none if you mansge to stay pure.

This is not what the "multiple endings" tag is about Remember, say, Mission Mermaiden, where your progress could alter the finale altogether - that is what the thing is for.

When it binds you, use Lightning on yourself.

IIRC one item choice is character-locked, but you will obtain both path's options eventually. Everything else is the same.
