I must say, I really enjoyed this release. Better than last one!
The script was well written and super funny. I mean sometime the dialog alone is enough - it's like a comic "bro"
I also think the renders were of very high quality - as expected and I think the Fred scene was higher quality than usual - if felt higher quality at least!
Lily was in top form as usual! Treating her men like subs

Only grip I have is that they should have been able to crank out these 4 scenes a bit faster - 6 months is just too long time for 4 scenes. I guess they also work on their new game project and that is taking up some of the time -> Lily only get like 50% of the work time - my guess.

Anyway, I will definitely continue to support them on Patreon - not gonna stop now. I want to see this one through!
LotV has the kind of quality (unique story writing/script and renders) you only get in a few games, but, as I said, the releases take too long. In my view P and P are very talented and I hope they somehow step up their dev team so they can scale and deliver a bit faster...

Anyone a patreon of his just curious if he gave out hint of what to do to fire screens, after following code i realized one MUST choose "chill" on work day to get the Photo scene to fire and it activates gym (i assume fred also with those/after...) butseems odd to have to expect you to choose "chill" or you'll be in infinite day loop lol... ... yep fired's switch is activated upon end of gym scene

So walkthrough for v1.7 Sunday go to pool guys place for swim if you did all his prev scenes. then next day go to work at castor and choose "chill" then gym then home

no they did not give a heads up to select "chill" but this is typically what they like to do to us. They want the player to explore and find out for them selves. having played LotV over several years now, I kind of know what to look for, so it's some what easier to find this triggers. If you are new to the game, I can see how it would be hard to read their "dirty" mind.
There are lots of hidden scenes to find (see guide in OP) and if you are not careful you'll miss them all

they are doing two games: the NEW and LotV, so I think that's what's going on. They spend like 50%/50% on these my guess...
Still the release was AWSOME in my view top notch LotV quality - just what I'm used to BUT took longer because of the split time.
Still i prefer getting a Lily release every 6 month than no Lily at all (nightmare scenario)
I think P and P needs to scale up (double) their dev team if they wan to develop two games in parallel!

it's not easy to say actually since it's all kind of blended BUT you can:
1. choose to be faithful - not a lot of content since she really does not have a lot of sex with her husband
2. choose who she develop a relationship with and eventually have sex with
- the major characters have a relationship score (lily's relationship to that character). The more Lily do a character the higher the score. The higher the score the more she can do with that character later on.
- for each action Lily can get :
a) a dirty whore score
b) a loving wife score
the higher the dirty whore score the more she can do
the higher the loving wife score the more faithful she will be

Going down the dirty whore path, Fred is unavoidable and if you try, you will loose out on a lot of scenes. Fred is basically the character Lily needs to do "things" with to build up the whore score high enough so she is enabled to do naughty stuff with other character. so if she denies Fred she will never build up whore score enough to explore other characters

Best is to download the guide posted on OP and follow at least the beginning until Lily has enough scores so she is "open".

I am done with this game. I was a big fan in the start, but now I feel like it's dragging on and on and...This needs to be finished ASAP and thrown in the back of your mind as something that started out great, but fell flat on it's face in the last few updates.

Worst update ever, barely managed to pull through it all, as I got bored after the first scene with the pool guy. Bye Felicia!

I'm kinda with you there, Bro. I wouldn't say I'm done with the game myself, I'm getting free entertainment every 5 months or so, but I agree that the quality has degraded over the years. In the beginning, it felt like there was a story with progress leading towards something, but now it feels like scenes are being written without much connective tissue to anything larger. I get it, it's a porn game and I enjoy the renders, but everything is feeling like filler and fluff now. I enjoy the individual scenes, I even really liked the Fred and Lily finale of the update and the dialog is legitimately funny a lot of the time. I think it's just fallen into the same development purgatory that so many other games get stuck in. It hit its peak and now it's stuck in limbo without any satisfying end in sight. They really shot themselves in the foot when Nick caught Lily and Fred fooling around and immediately back-peddled on it in the very next update. We were ramping up to something exciting, perhaps a conclusion of some sort resulting from Lily's actions, but oh nevermind, tension is gone, back to safe and tranquil porn purgatory where Lily only does missionary and doggy as God intended. Maybe I can sympathize with the developers though. Why it feels like purgatory. They announced a new game, the response was barely lukewarm at best and the trailer didn't exactly stir up a lot of interest or intrigue. If that's all I got after working on a secret project for a year and a bit, I may have shied towards going back to what was safe and left feeling perhaps a little jaded and let down.

Make sure you Save (#35) before she goes out of the house. The scene is automatic from here on. It’s long before you get control over her again and can save next time (you will have to make several choices before you can save, so really do save now inside the house before exiting!).

NOTE: It looks like the mirror is implemented now from v1.3 onwards so check her out in the V-dress.

Finding out things for yourself is okay but having to go through every possible thing to do each day to find the right trigger... I guess it'd feel different if playing from start to finish but when trying to get "new content" it just felt a bit silly...

I used that guide when making my Ren'Py port so hopefully I didn't miss anything . I also IIRC combed over code to see if anything was left after initial version I ported on... I cut and paste from the RPGM json files to my renpy files (after heavy prepping) then look for any long lengths of coding left over that I might have missed in my playthrough (That is how I tend to do it) (there are a lot of small random npc interactions I don't bother with in most rpgms...)

It's friday in my save, I'm at the end of the previous update with nothing to do but she's not tired enough to go to bed. I just did the castor thing and the bath thing and the gym thing and I got the note from the husband that he'd left for the cabin, I've checked most places on the map yet I can't do anything. Any ideas?


Edit: I got through the friday by reloading and doing gardening before taking a bath/going to the gym, without it there was no way I could have gone to sleep. Now I got to saturday and I have the same problem, I went to the pool, did the gardening bit and took a bath which left me with nothing left to do and no way to end the day to get to this update's content

It would be better if [P and P] spent time developing Lily of the Valley ! Previously, updates for Lily of the Valley were released more often and now 1 update in six months. And the fact that [P and P] are wasting time for their SECOND game is a mistake for [P and P].

1) [P and P] Make updates for Lily of the Valley more often than once every six months at least release updates as you did before.
