i want to know What day of the game according to the Walkthrough (like day 1 day 23)
I'm using my old saves I forgot where I was in game.

Yes, it's possible to stay almost faithful. There is a scene with a hypnotherapist in the beginning that forced on you, but that's about it. However, there is no additional content for the faithful wife route afaik, so it's gonna be a pretty grindy run, because you will still need to play the lead-up to the scenes and then choose to shoot them down.

the gallery does not cover v1.2 and v1.3 ... yet. v1.1 save should be good to start with - no need to start with end of v1.2 save.
