Welcome to simulation games. Depending on the story, yes you have to grind. but here's some tips and answers to your questions.
Tip #1 - 2 hours? lol you're still at the very beginning, this is not an instant grat game.
Mood: Good brother first, lewd brother later.
Peeping: As any woman you're not in a romantic relationship would be.
Missing something: Refer to Tip #1.
When does it open up: When you put in the work and raise her impression of you.
Does it open up: Very much so.
Confusion: Think with brain, not with....other organ.
wtf is going on with game: Refer to Tip #1.

Tip #2 - Raise her trust in you first, then raise her interest. 100-150 is a somewhat safe point to start doing lewd stuff, more to dive into sex.

Tip #3 - This is an RPG as well as an simulation game, focus only on the sister and you'll meet with a game over before you get to the good part.

Tip #4 - Save often. Shouldn't have to say this in 2023 nearing 2024 but you'll be surprised how many people don't know basic stuff like that.

Tip #5 - Absolutely can't keep attention past 10 minutes? Just use cheat engine and bypass the grindy parts.

Friend, it's not for nothing, but this is one of the best erotic games there is.

As they said above, it is designed so that you advance slowly, the truth is that the games that you start and you can already fuck all the girls are somewhat boring.

I've been playing this game for like 2 hours and I didn't see any sex stuff because game seems extremely grindy. My energy is constantly low, it doesn't allow me to do more than 2 actions a day. Mood is bad because I am assuming I can't lewd sister. She is angry at me because I got caught peeping while she was in the bath. Am I missing something or is this game designed to be this grindy and annoying? When is the game going to open up? Does it ever open up? I am genuinely confused about what should I do. We are working on the DLC slowly and steadily...!
The contents of the DLC will be additional episodes after the main story is cleared.
The content will be an additional scenario of about +50 days' worth of volume, and additional acts that can be performed on the younger sister.

If you only want to mod/edit the images, you can use the FFFox Modular Imageset as part of the FFox Mod made by @BlueFireNick here. It has instructions on how to apply it.

Download WolfRPG and WolfDec.
If WolfRPG can't open your files pass them through WolfDec first.

The English version of WolfRPG might also not work, in which case you will have to download the Japanese version

You'll need to use WolfRPG editor. The best English version is outdated, and won't work with 3.x+ version WolfRPG games (like this one), but there is another English version here on the forums. That version is the WolfRPG Editor 3.164, which is new enough to edit the newer WolfRPG games like this game. The game engine is quite similar to the RPG Maker series, and there is a basic intro manual for English users here:
