From all your posts and the devs it more and more looks like (despite what happened and who's right or wrong) you did most of the work because there had to be someone to fulfill these roles. And now they still can't admit they lost an valuable asset cause it would hurt their pride. Their team is bigger now and they still can't deliver updates in an acceptable cycle. On the other hand, you promised a first release for your new project and delivered - as expected.
I learned that lesson pretty early on. I don't enter into serious agreements with anyone without signatures, no matter how close we may be or how much I may trust them. Even if I trust them completely, I like things to be "official."

Or the fact that the discord server its full of enthusiastic fake bootlickers on a dead-ass project from the very start of this rebirth (milking-birth) project?
I mean at this point the alpha will rarely be moving forward to beta and so on to an actual product delivery soooooooooooo xD if you think this project for anyone isn't embarrassing already! also emphasis on the people involved on this because the concept of Legend of Krystal its an amazing thing but the individuals did ruined big time this game concept

100% agreed, and I hope you'll stick to your word.
I don't give a fuck which side is right and which is wrong. I only care about seeing results and a finished game. So all the arguing and blame throwing between devs and ex-devs in this thread was just utterly embarrassing to observe. I'm glad that one side stopped shitflinging in this thread, and I'm looking forward to you too finally letting go and moving on from here to concentrate to work on your game.

I know I may have been an idiot at times in my insistence that the game could look better, but it's reassuring to know that at least there are idiots out there who would pay for 2 years for nothing.

Jeez...just read the whole thread and just wow haha. I have to say a few things though because some haters don't make sense. I'll start by saying i do kinda side with Abelius on this matter . I say kinda because they're all to blame but at the same time the stuff you read just makes me lean towards him more. If you're doing 60% of the work you will and should have an ego. I don't care who you are...you do that much for a project you get to call the shots.
The fact that Abel did more in his version of the game then they're doing now with a whole ass team with them literally tells you everything you need to know. This Vlad guy seems to bash on the story that Abel made as well. I don't get it...it's a porn game end of the day. You're not Christopher Nolan trying to make this deep-ass story. You prolong the updates as well by doing this. The majority here are here for Krystal and to see Krystal getting fucked by the lizards. We saw it in the old games back in the day and we still wanna see it now.
Can you add a decent story to it all that's great. But I'm not looking for a political porn game. She crash lands on that planet. Her goal should be to survive and gather intel on the tribe and the species living there. What I always thought Abel's version of LoK was about, is that the game should let you decide how it plays out. Do you get hooked in the tribe and never wanna leave again...do you play undercover and secretly look for an escape. So much potential in the story. Vlad wants to make it more complicated for what purpose? I don't wanna see Krystal have therapy sessions until she's ready to bang. You can have the innocent act for a bit but sooner or later(more sooner) it's gotta go.
Vlad going after Abel's ego is dumb. The man has a right to that ego like I said before. If you do most of the work you get to have it and enjoy the benefits. Also, it's really not that hard to figure out if a guy is hard to work with or not. If Abel was such an annoying guy to work with, you would know that day one. I think the big conflict came from Abel telling Vlad how to do his job. Although from reading everything on here. By doing most of the work, pretty much makes you the game manager. You can't have a project without a leader it's just impossible. By firing Abel, you are now leaderless. Kuja guy can't lead on stuff he has no clue about. Neither can the writer which is a super easy job to do btw. It should take you no less than a day to finish a story or write dialogues. Especially with the money, you're making from Patreon. Yeah, I know, the whole not taking money but paying the other workers bla bla bla. Again most don't know if that's true or not but you the writer still get paid for easy work.
It's sad that the old game never got finished. I don't think there has been a single LoK game that has ever been finished really. Might be a cursed game to work on for all we know. The only one I feel bad about in all this drama/mess is Krystal. With the year-long updates for this game and whatnot. We'll most likely never get to see her pregnant by one of the lizards on that planet.
Abel, I'll be trying your new game after this post. Looks nice, can already tell that lesbian content is gonna be superb and something to look forward to just from the previews.

Nor should you if I'm being honest. As much as I love Krystal since way back when on the old forums. There is no point continuing to waste years after already wasting years on it when you can make something else that can be as good and just as achievable with realistic monthly updates. Also, the fact that it's your project and vision from the start means no one can tell you what the game is or isn't and it is gonna really help in the long run of things. Let the rest do Krystal justice...if that's even possible. Any justice Krystal gets we'll all be either dead or traveling space to much to give a fuck haha.
I played Pizza Hot by the way. Really enjoyed it...can't wait for the sex scenes! Strip Jenny of that innocent act ASAP haha. Keep up the good work!

I thought "enough criticism, lets just drop out and check back in a few months".
Think its almost been a year. And last time I looked at this thread this game had a demo/alpha version and that's it.
And I look back in almost a year later and it has an alpha and that's it.

Really a shame.
Now, let's assume for a second the Trello and all the other things I read by the devs is actually right and they are doing the best they can. And they are planning out all this stuff and want to make it the best possible... Honesty, at this point I feel they are doing it wrong. They went from "regular content updates" (back when the old project was still going) to now (apparently at least, that is how it looks) to "we will feature-complete it before we release it", but didnt bother to change their payment model. Must be nice to have so many people just passively floating money into your pockets like and infinite well until the thing is done. Like, shit, most indie games wish they had the funding you guys had over the years.
