Correct. She is immune to the deep sleep spell, so the stuff that requires perversity 6 is not possible with her.

Sister Agnes has her own relationship path in NG+. If you reveal her secret and help her with her problem (an anti-pleasure spell put on her by her sect to enforce her vow of chastity), then you can have sex with her, and even choose to settle down with her in the endgame.

You get a charisma point each time you complete the relationship path with one of the women in town. There's also a charisma raising book, so you can skip or fail *one* relationship path and still max out your charisma.
1. Evelyn: you get the point when you remove an inhibition that blocks her from accepting your advances, which you learn about when revealing her large secret (but can only remove after revealing her dark secret).
2. Samarra: defeat her in a duel, have sex with her, then visit her in the tent and talk to her afterwards to get the point.
The other three, you get the point at the moment of being given the choice of becoming their lover or not. You won't get the opportunity unless they like you well enough.
3. Nell: spend time with her at the stables (2-3 times) to make her like you. Get her to undress in the bell tower and kiss her - get the choice to become a couple or not, and get the point. Nell's is by far the easiest relationship path in the game.
4. Primrose: Hers is the only time-limited relationship path. You have to make a good impression before saving her from being arrested, and there's no "curry more favor and try again" like with Callie or Nell. Also, if she gets arrested, there's no hope of getting her point.
To get the point: work for her (3x is enough) and spend time with her in the reading room (at least 4x, more if your charisma is low or you want the couple outcome) in the first few weeks of game time to make her like you. Once you save her from arrest, if she likes you enough, you'll get a nighttime invitation to the library, at which she will either offer an FWB situation or ask you to become her boyfriend. Either way, you get the point.
5. Callie: make her like you (work for her *and* ask for fashion shows - you must see every possible outfit at least once, not sure how many work shifts are required), convert her sexuality and get her interested in you (nude shows, as naughty as possible), ask to have sex with her (at least once, maybe twice? not sure), and then talk to her. If she likes you enough, she will invite you to a picnic. If you don't get the invite, do more work/ask for more shows. On the picnic, she will ask you to become her boyfriend. Regardless of your answer, you get the point.
Alternate Callie: same as regular Callie, but you also become Evelyn's lover, then after having sex with Callie once, you send Evelyn to seduce her. Send Evelyn a second time and join in. Talk with Callie afterwards, she says "let's pretend that didn't happen." Make it happen two more times, and if she likes you well enough, you get a message from her via Evelyn to come to Callie's house at night. If you don't get the invite, you need to do more work/ask for more shows. Saying yes to Callie's proposal to become a throuple earns the point.
The throuple path and the regular path with Callie are mutually exclusive. If Evelyn has had sex with Callie, you cannot get the picnic invite. Also you need to do MORE work/shows for the threesome path than for the couple path.
Finally, it is possible that you need to do an all day work shift for Callie to get an invite. If it's not required, it helps a bunch - multiple times I've been stuck on Callie's relationship path until she asks me to pull an all day shift and I say yes.
In case it's not clear, Callie is by far the hardest person to get the point from, and is the one I am most likely to skip (unless I am trying to finish the game in a relationship with her).

1: you can only do so much before she wakes up, same as with all the other characters if you molest them before learning deep sleep.
2: some things (mainly stuff that requires perversity 6) are impossible with her.

Noooooooooooooooooooo. I was hoping we could do more with her in NG+, it make sense for the protag to have a stronger deep sleep spell or smt. Nell is just too cute to only have the basic levels of pervesion available

If you want to use that thing, go ahead, but please PLEASE do not come here asking us why you don't see option X on day Y. It's because the game is not designed to be played with a step by step walkthrough, and you will almost certainly get yourself stuck at some point because you missed something somewhere, and it's infuriatingly difficult to figure out where things went off the rails.

Odd, i gave it a try and it works fine. On the off chance that it's this, what program are you using to open .pdf files?

Im pretty sure that it uses whatever google chrome uses. I think I already know what the problem is though. Apparently the singapore server for attachments in f95 is having issues. My guess is its because of that. I think Ill wait and see if that gets fixed and me opening attachments get fixed afterwards.
