Hmm... Just coming back to this game to see what's new, and for some reason the first time I try to sneak into Primrose's home, her father catches me. Now I'm unable to go back to her home during day or nighttime (because of the father), and can't retrieve the books. None of the dialogue options with Primrose change this, and I can't figure out how to progress.

That'd be hype. Seriously though I'm really interested in the court bit, I hope we get it in the update, but for some reason I don't feel like that's going to happen just yet.

There are no new Invade Mind sequences in this update. I'm continuing where we left off with 0.7. The next version, 0.9, will focus on the "classic" gameplay and characters again.

I wish. Orgies are a bit beyond my current hardware capabilities. I can fit three characters into a scene at once if I make certain concessions (such as having a low detail environment), but that's about it. The quality of my renders come at a price, sadly. On the other hand, I suspect the next generation of graphics cards might help tremendously with this.
You suspiciously didn't deny that it's going to be lewd AF. Just that there won't be more than 3 people in a single render.
But yeah, what kind of hardware are you running to struggle rendering threesomes? You know that threesomes are like the most common of the "family friendly" fetishes?
I have a really powerful computer with a Geforce GTX 1080, so it's no slouch. It's the VRAM that is a bottleneck for renders like these. The GTX 1080 has 8 GB to work with, and some of my scenes are really pushing the limits of that. For example, there's a simple dialogue scene involving only two characters in a complex environment for version 0.8 that was consuming 7.9 GB at its worst. I can optimize scenes by lowering texture quality for distant objects, but the problem is that this is a porn game where closeups are expected of most of the things that drain VRAM anyway.
I'm hoping that the next generation of Geforce cards will operate with at least 11 GB VRAM as a standard, much like the GTX 1080Ti. That would help a lot.

Yes, but there are the 1080Ti out there already and there is the Quadro series too. But in all honesty i don't miss a perfectly rendered threesome anyway, i'm not sure that investing into something like a Quadro would worth it right now.. to have like a single full orgy on the same screen once. Most of us are fine with one-on-ones i'd say. I mean its not worth it to make a huge investment for the sake of that odd fan

This means characters that existed before 0.7 wont get new lewd scenes in 0.8? Thats a real shame.
I don't use Daz3D myself, but I've heard of a tool people use to optimize vram usage, because in a typical render, there's gigs of textures loaded that are going largely unused. Are you using such a thing? Because that is a SERIOUS limitation on your artistic expression, and I'd be working day and night to find workarounds. Render quality is overrated anyways.
