Belle, do you love hardcore plot twists? Like suddenly all MC's girlfriends got killed, and he has an option to save just one of them. Or one of the girls is a traitor (like in Dream of desires)?
No, that's a cheap storytelling ploy for when an author desperately wants to wrench some emotion out of his audience but doesn't understand how to do so.
I'm making a game that is supposed to be satisfying (in multiple ways, har har), so I'm not going to pull the rug out from under the players like that. There are some dark parts coming, especially if people can't solve enough of the overall mystery before reaching the princess, but nothing too dark and nothing that should put people off the game or story. There is also... something else going on that should alleviate your concerns.

With Acting Lessons I had the ending spoiled for me before going into it but i didn't even get that far. At some point I just couldn't stand the drama and dropped it. Which was a shame really. It's well made and I liked a lot of the humor.

No, there's nothing new for her quite yet. She and Nell are obviously intertwined, and they are getting handled towards the very end of the story before the Princess herself arrives. The good news is that we're getting really close to that happening, relatively speaking.

Will the MC and Nell be able to entice the lady of the house they broke in to join them soon?
It's not the end of the game's development I'm talking about, only the main storyline. There is lots to add and flesh out even after we've reached the ending.
It's not a priority, but once we're out of the current whirlwind of events, it might happen. No promises.
Of course, once you see what next week's update is about, you won't want me to focus on Nell right away anyway. Trust me.
