I already got Perversity 5. Perversity 6 is still crossed out, so I don't understand what that To-do list is hinting at
You're currently maxed then. Perversity 6 isn't implemented in the game yet so as far as that entry, i dunno.

ah you mean end talk. well then yes but player opens ng+ which brings new things (once dev adds those).

Well I started a new game (ng+) and got to save the MC and banished the Demon along with Thaddeus.
Now I am thinking about Selena's offer. Which one should I pick?

if you marry her you get to have fun with 2 princesses and be a king (and kids will be very strong in magic), if you don't marry her you can for example become fairy king or end up with sister or ................ those aren't that different so whatever feels best to you since depending choices you end up breaking a heart or few.

Does playing NG+ unlock anything special? From what I can see, other than a couple dialogue options on the first day, the only major thing is dispelling Contraceptive early so Fairy Queen Thorn is pregnant in the epilogue. I'm assuming that once the game is completely finished, that would be possible without NG+ since we would get additional interactions when seeing her after she resurrects the player.
