If you scroll back far enough to find it, the post with the links for the free version of 0.39.1 posted on Subscribestar is the non-incest version and the links still seem to work.

Bottom line is the $5 SS version has the original incest (presumably the intended version before it had to be rewritten to keep Pisseon happy) still intact. Worth it if you don't want an altered story in effect Pisseon partially wrote.

There is no incest patch (it's not simply making a 10kB script that changes landlady to mom like most, the story and dialog is completely different not just names of relationships). And incest version is behind a $5 paywall on SS if you want it after v0.39.

Nell is my favorite character. After there was no BJ scene in the deep sleep update (lore accurate I guess, but felt lame. And something that could be McGuffined around) I decided to wait. I've subbed off and on for years but that was a big let down, and had other projects I wanted to support.
Now that I'm on the free Nell update...still no cock in Nell's mouth, just HJs.

I'm surprised that works. But I guess it makes sense, since previous saves have to still work every time an update is added and the only thing that is changed is some dialogue. Usually when Renpy gets upgraded that's when older saves are broken, but dev's seldom do that after 10+ updates are out. Glad there's no different choices that set variables between incest and non-incest version or different numbers of renders, that would also make saves between SS and P versions incompatible and probably cause a crash or at the very least make it not make sense (dialogue not matching the render or black screen error).

tested and works. 39.1 game file drag and drop ... when windows ask to replace same name files keep the newest (aka 40.0).adds only files missing (inc file )
30 seconds later inside Evelyn's bed.

The patreon feds investigate f95 and check out belles responses.

That's why Belle can't talk about it.

They look into publicly available versions of the game on SS.

That's why Belle needs to make them non-incest.

Imagine having a job where you spend all day tracking down whether some indi game dev is talking about incest on a pirate site.
