I played this game like 2 years ago and there wasn't any ending yet and I can't really understand where's the game at now in terms of content and what's left. Is it worth playing now?

there are multiple endings and on ng+ mc learns new spells etc.

Yes, if you sub at $5 or more on SubscribeStar, you'll get the original version of Evelyn's story.

If you scroll back far enough to find it, the post with the links for the free version of 0.39.1 posted on Subscribestar is the non-incest version and the links still seem to work.

Bottom line is the $5 SS version has the original incest (presumably the intended version before it had to be rewritten to keep Pisseon happy) still intact. Worth it if you don't want an altered story in effect Pisseon partially wrote.

There is no incest patch (it's not simply making a 10kB script that changes landlady to mom like most, the story and dialog is completely different not just names of relationships). And incest version is behind a $5 paywall on SS if you want it after v0.39.
