ok,one question,is it possible to make all of the girls mc girlfriend?before,its primrose,now its nell..(faceplam)man,this game really is hard,i cant see girls stat..and keep getting rejected by nell doesnt fun you know?and whats with the day,i afraid i lost event if i do other things

Not yet. It might also not be possible to technically make all of them your girlfriends when the game is done, particularly for the fey creatures. I'm doing whatever feels natural for each of the girls instead of trying to fit them all into the same square hole.
Each of them will have some kind of romantic climax (both meanings of the word apply) though, even if they're not technically your girlfriend afterward. Romance is also not the only possible result of your interactions with them, and in a few cases might even be detrimental to your eventual success. It'll all make sense eventually, trust me.
In the current version of the game, the following girls can be your girlfriends, though more are possible to romance:

There's plenty of anal and there'll be plenty more. I add it wherever it seems appropriate.
I don't expose those variables and for good reason. Each girl has different variables, and even the shared ones work differently between them. The trigger points are also different and there are mechanics working behind the scenes that wouldn't make sense just by looking at those values. This game has been designed so that if you approach these girls as if they were real people, you'll have a bigger chance of succeeding with them. If you approach them from a traditional porn game perspective, you might not have as much luck. The girls indicate to you when you're heading in the right direction. The only reason anyone may stumble across anything resembling a grind right now (such as with Evelyn if you've let Thaddeus have his way with her) is that there is no time limit. Don't approach this like a traditional porn game where it's all about building up points. That's only going to come back to bite you in the ass.

i see,but as you say there is no time limit,so i can take my times to get the girls?anyway,thats a good reason to approach the character as if they were real people,eventhough im pretty sure its not that hard to get the girl in real life

You should add that message to the beginning of the game. Might save you a lot of these casual cheats/harem messages.
Belle, do you love hardcore plot twists? Like suddenly all MC's girlfriends got killed, and he has an option to save just one of them. Or one of the girls is a traitor (like in Dream of desires)?
No, that's a cheap storytelling ploy for when an author desperately wants to wrench some emotion out of his audience but doesn't understand how to do so.
I'm making a game that is supposed to be satisfying (in multiple ways, har har), so I'm not going to pull the rug out from under the players like that. There are some dark parts coming, especially if people can't solve enough of the overall mystery before reaching the princess, but nothing too dark and nothing that should put people off the game or story. There is also... something else going on that should alleviate your concerns.
