ok, so first note on this. Even if you don't "start" the Rai path by waiting for change at the club, they still kiss and have sex at the gym afterwards, so kinda pointless choice there. I expect a lot of similar stuff tbh.
Edit 1: even if you say no to going out with Rai you still get the scene (not the full one though)

So looks like Rai relationship is set in stone no matter what. I'll keep playing and see what's what, for now I'm at the prospect party, you can avoid the Nikki scene so that's "good" (can't believe I'm saying that

Edit9: doing all of the above resulted in early game end. No Rin update (understandable if not on her path). But no Nora update either (even if I proposed to Rai). Just straight to the ride will continue in ep15 screen (not that understandable)
All in all, some stuff to fix. I haven't even looked at the text itself just went with scenes. Anyone I haven't mentioned are all indeed seem to be optional. When I have time I'll look at the script but I suppose some stuff there won't fit either with some of the above

Ok Rogues, I have been short sighted on some of the aftermath of taking down the minnows. Yes we are taking the bikes, selling/parting them off and crediting new prospect for donation. Yes, we are taking over Babes, XXX and any other clubs they own, hiring and rehabbing any of the girls worth the effort. BUT, I have failed to address a huge elephant in the room. Minions' financials. They are flush with cash because of the cartel drugs and the clubs/political dealings.
How do we clean the dirty cash from drugs? We would have to keep Bob alive long enough for Hazel to draft the documents ceding any accounts and holdings to RMCE.
Of course updates and refurbishments for all of the clubs should happen. Other than the huge house for Ryker's family, RMCE LLC could drop cash on apartments/condos for club families and Prospects, new commercial facilities for G&P Custom Cycles and a small office block for RMCE not to mention a Club House for the Rogues and any start up costs for the Consorts RA(Women's support club).
Any other ideas on where to drop cash?

Army Veterans Support Foundation or Clubhouse (perfect for recruiting pool for new prospects) and sports and recreational shooting range where "anyone" can be trained for any special task.

Maybe buy some used 500cc bikes(Craig's List and Market Place) and invite the PTSD groups for monthly rides? Hire Gunner and Pip to run Rider Safety classes and sponsor Motorcycle endorsements for the Vets?
In the Veterans' Club House hold Job Fairs for newly civilian vets? Plenty of room for a few Motor T guys at G&P, Admins to RMCE LLC, Cooks to the Sandwich shop, Engineers as maintenance for the clubs, hotel and Cafe. Get other businesses involved for other MOS folks. Set up a Security Division headed by Marcus for the Infantry, Artillery, Tankers and SOF troops.
Or, you know, just let Dima handle the story. Maybe go write some fan fiction to utilize your creativity and story desires? =
