there is nothing wrong with the beta version? The full will just have additional scenes, the current ones are fully done.

Yesish. The first beta has some little bugs (variable not check, thus path "enforced" and some variable not check thus no scene variation). Yet, the initial beta release was some time ago and most of the know bugs seems to be fixed.
Regardless, this is a beta, so take care of your saves.

I dont know if the leaked version is the hotfixed one, if yes it should be relative bug free (if you dont use any mods).
A few Patreons me included made sure to report every major bug there was.

If it's the hotfixed version it's pretty much a final Beta... Even most of the typos have been fixed. The "full" release in 2 - 4 weeks will have 3 (definitely) or possibly 4 additional scenes.

Yes, and part 4 is not the end of v10 either. Betting pool is open for the question if part 5 will be the end of v10.
