Well, my assumption is that he will be dead... He is a soldier after all. Although, there are a number of other possibilities, though few of them are good for him (unless he is a cuck).

Btw, after the scene with Isabell, she responded with ''yes, no, yes'', and when I rolled back to see the questions I noticed that the 'no' is about if she liked her husband. Am I onto something?

It is not clear whether this means something for the story, but those answers clearly show she is not against being with MC. So at least you can feel better about that rule.

does killing mutants when you raid decrease the number of mutants in the horde we will face later??

The slave trader has a finite amount of slaves which will restock once in the current version after a certain progress. After that you can only expand with raids, but as A.nortje pointed out, that is more efficient anyway.

thats how i get 90% of my slaves ( raids )
