War happens, I know but at least he can pause instead of finish the game like this, so the player can still look forward to a desirable ending in the future. But no, they terminated it's by themselves

While true, the question of "how will I continue this porn game best after everything is settled" may not be the first thing on your mind, so sub optimal planning should be forgiven.
Not that this invalidates criticism of the ending in itself, we just shouldn't put blame on anybody here.
well, you don't just put your life on pause because "war". You don't even know what is going to happen in your future anymore, so you can't just say, "Oh, I'll just come back to this after everything's over". He probably at least tried to close it out because of this instead of leaving people hanging when he may potentially not have the opportunity to work on it again.
Don't forget, it's not just the war and his family, but also other repercussions of it, like all banks, and other payment options not being willing to give him his money, so he is having to find other ways to make money, and pay his bills on top of everything else.

It was never added for her, no matter who you choose, since the trigger for it was at the other castle, which isn't there any more. "We're sorry, KhaiFirst, but your queen is in another castle."

He is thinking about adding more for people who want to keep playing there, but with everything going on ^^, it is not the highest thing on his list of priorities for the moment. He is having a hard time doing anything right now.

um the lori quest won't trigger for me. here is my save file

I can't invite her to my room and I can't tell if its because I did something wrong or if the quest to do that just hasn't triggered yet and I already have her at the max affection for the time being
You have to treat her nicely for a while, build up trust with her, and it will happen.
I don't get end after all. The ending seems unexpected.
I lost my 2 best friends, I think keep all women into my harem, spare Cuman, and choose the queen that you can't screw anymore.

The ending doesn't really change much, unless you go with the hoard ending, but you have to understand, the dev is going through a lot right now, and can't even get paid on top of it, all thanks to the war, so he has to find some other source of income, and isn't able to work on much ATM.
I found something interesting, in the beginning of the game, keep asking Taina "tell me about your responsabilities", keep answering "how barbaric" and repeat the loop and you can max out her affection (+1 each time apparently).
I never did hear the solution to that one, but I have not gotten to see a save either.
The dev is too busy trying to find a new source of income, since he was cut off again, to do a lot here for now. Hopefully, the war will end soon, and everything can get back to normal.

Normally, you have to wait, but I am not sure what the trigger is off the top of my head.
