Here's what happens when you enter a room that grants inventory access.
and here's what your hotbar looks like right after entering your room without ever having to open your inventory screen. When your hotbar refreshes, it tries to reload all the topics from your different topic pools. since you had extra bottles of vodka and drunken adventures topics, it reloaded those, but the other topic is still missing because you didn't have anymore.

I can make AT routes for pretty much anything. I'm not limiting the game to any specific preference. If you're into the idea of having all your relatives become your Waifu's ...cool...if you want to charge admission outside Becky's door as she has a train ran on her...cool.
