I just did this recently and I used drugs. In the morning at 0900 she is in the kitchen. Have a blue pill in your inventory and go to the kitchen. You will get an option to give her the blue pill instead of aspirin. This lowers her assertiveness by 1 per hour while active (I think for 6 hours).

Since I did Diane at last, I used it to lower my "Exitement" so I could have a nice Minigame with Gina and Charlie (was using Cheat F1 in that playtrough) the "Porn Topic" droped i used it to raise Charlies Lust

The reason why they don’t drop often is probably because you aren’t cumming when watching Bondage Porn. They only drop if you cum 3 times to Bondage Porn.
If you look at the Skills it will show what you get when embracing a Lifestyle. It will also turn off the negative (or positive) traits of the opposite Lifestyle. Also there are some scenes that are unlocked if you embrace a lifestyle. Off the top of my head, Lisa has a scene at the bar if you embrace Unhealthy and have it at rank 2.

They are for Becky,Gina,Diane when you progress your "Influence" Relationship, (by switching their AT´s) you have special events with them, Photoshoots,and Dates (for now) Reduce Assertivnes for Nathan? ( MC) or for one of the Girls ?

Played this for the first time (without cheats) and I love the mechanics but unless I'm doing something massively wrong the grind is absolutely insane.
And like even if I was doing something slightly wrong (guide shows I've missed some tricks) it still wasn't signposted well enough for the average player to find.
