A lot of the bugs are during AT's you probably were already past by the time you downloaded the 9.0.x versions. Transitioning Jesse from alterna-girl to alterna-punk is still bugged even on 0.9.2. She never shows up in park.

Oki do, done with her since long.. only had the 4 ATs of Diane left but they're done now.
Diane didn't have any progress-blocking bugs as far as i've noticed. So, you should be good there. Becky had a progress-blocking one when she was on queen-bee if Richard had been progressed by then. Because there was a general bug in 9.0.0-9.0.1 that they fixed in 9.0.2 where the dialogue would freeze anytime you talked to anyone at 17:00. And since that's the only time you can talk to queen-bee other than 16:00 on the weekend (which get's replaced by Richard if you progress him) she would be stuck if you had progressed Richard.
Diane only had the 17:00 bug, but you have so many other opportunities to talk to her.
Jesse was bugged going from alterna-bitch to alterna-girl as she wouldn't show up to masturbate in her room, but that was fixed in 9.0.2. However, now she is still bugged going from alterna-girl to alterna-punk as she doesn't show up in the park.
Those are the progress-breaking ones i've seen. Obviously saving is still really slow, and i'm pretty sure there is a memory leak somewhere as the UI just get slower the longer you play. Additionally, hacking screen is bugged. You can't x out of it if you don't have the resources to hack..
As far as I know no. You basically just have to search the AT you are struggling with on this thread and use the hints you can gather. That's the way you find out that f.ex to turn Diane into boozer you need to go to bed exactly 22 right after seeing her in the living room. Even though the hint is "friday night". I wouldn't consider 22 night or ever go to sleep 22. But someone in the thread mentioned it.. so ye.
You should be able to get "Aggresive" from loitering in the park or through interacing with neighbours daughter if memory serves

Yup, it's decent. Don't think it covers the early ATs but I might be wrong, great resource nonetheless.
What do you have to do to make Jesse appear in the park to get Alterna-Punk? I have read that it appears on weekends at 23:00 but it never appears
as i know its bugged atm, there is no Jesse in park , i have to play v0.08 to get her AT and switch back to v0.09, btw if you load your save from different version your stats are dropped to 0 and you need to grind again if you arent using cheat mode so make save of your saves
