Nice renders but here is what really impressed me the game doesn't have a single likable character and that is a terrible sign. I mean the wife is an alcoholic and probably has mental problems. Cassidy is straight up a slut. Alice the barista who is friends with Cassidy is probably also a slut and finally, the MC an almost 40year old man still acting like a pervy teenager. Honestly watching porn while being on the phone with his daughter, WTF.

Uhh Kailee is definitely likable to me
This is part of the fun of the character/story though. Maybe there will be different paths later, where the "love" route will be less "creepy." But I hope there will still be "pervy" paths too

It's also a sign that the creators aim for a realistic story, as opposed to a 21 year old billionaire MC with a model physique and a pornstar cock like in so many other games.
That, I think, is really recommendable.
Do agree with you, it could be tuned down a bit, especially the MC.

I do hope Dark path will be good. There is plenty of at least descent games with vanilla romace paths on this site yet there is only few that did darker domination paths well enough. Most are very very poorly done so I have high hopes L7Bear and V19 will deliver on that front too and let us slowly dominate Kailee into obidient bad girl

Kailee is sweet, but doesn't seem the completely naive and demure type (unless what happened to her, will be the reason for changing her character), which would certainly be a departure from how the daughters are often depicted in this type of games.
I like it, it makes her a more realistic and rounded character.
In many good ways, this reminded me of "Our Fate" a game I loved, which sadly never got finished, because the dev disappeared right around the time the final part of the story began. I've read in one of the reviews, that the devs initially worked on a remake of that one, so it's no coincidence that Lost At Birth reminded me of Our Fate.
The only thing I really didn't like were those stupid "title card"-cutaways. They took way too long, I went to skip them every time, but that mostly led to losing some of the writing, because it transitions directly into the next scene.
Really a weird way to do this. Why not make it so that you can just click those away, with a single click? It doesn't take you ten seconds or so to read a few words, when nothing else is on the screen.
Minor problem, so not really a dislike, is the characters apart from Kailee, like I already wrote the MC should dial back the pervy part of his character a bit, and neither his wife nor co-worker are in any way sympathetic characters.
Now, this is of course just my personal taste, but I do prefer to have some characters I like in a game.
Hope this doesn't seem too negative, I really liked the renders, the girls look great, and the writing was quite good as well, with a few minor weaknesses. This game is definitely off to a good start and could become really exceptional if it continues in this quality and with reasonable time between updates and acceptable length of each update.
Edited to add: Okay, read a post by one of the devs now, so obviously MC is supposed to be a sex-addict, he doesn't perv out over talking with his daughter, he just constantly pervs out. I actually find that better, I can certainly see the appeal behind the idea that he replaces one addiction with another one.

Like others mentioned, I find fascinating the mental process that led some people to assert (not to believe or hypothesize, but TO ASSERT) that Alice is a slut. Following the game's dialogues, it is even implied that Cassidy will try to corrupt her.

Exactly! There's already lots of games out there with romance/love paths, but few with good corruption/domination paths. Both options would be great, and that's what it sounds like is being developed.Kailee definitly likable.

I only hope that there will be different renders/stories depending on the path - that was one thing I didn't like about Our Fate, dev used the exact same renders and just changed the text. These should ideally be different, and offer different content.

Basically the premise is similar. I also get that you feel that the vibe is similar.
But if you start looking more into details, it IS a completely different game.
ik its a different game but the setup is similar to Our Fate from
I hope there's an option to try and help the wife and not just leave her in what ever misery she's going through while the MC bangs everything with a pulse. It would be cool if the wife could find a reason to better herself through the introduction of new elements in her life.
