I heard that this game has a sequel called "I groomed kids, so i got arrested", can someone confirms that for me?

Just caught up to the current release. I'm really liking it so far. It reads a bit (too? maybe) much like LiL sometimes but the MC is immediately more personable to me. He feels honestly like he doesn't want to hurt people with his shenanigans and while the MC in LiL eventually gets to that point too, it feels like entirely too long, for me. I kind of wanna offer a tiny bit of creative criticism in that regard, after a few of the sex scenes/more intimate scenes, it feels like our MC here is getting a little bitter in some of his ruminations. As if he stopped caring about the emotional ramifications as soon as an opportunity to get his dick wet surfaces, which is fine considering this is a porn game, but it feels like it's slipping away from what makes him more unique in regards to how he views sex/relationships. I like the idea where even if it devolves into a harem, the MC doesn't turn into someone who just views women as an object for sexual gratification, he genuinely cares for these people. Now I don't purport to be a writer by any means and to juggle a harem story with emotionally fulfilling storylines, much less multiple ones being run concurrently seems very hard , but I really hope that we keep being invested in these character's well-beings and not just in their bodies. It's a nice change of pace from a lot of games where the immediate and often only goal is to get some girl in game to open their legs. And just a question, is there any plan at all for multiple endings, perhaps solo routes versus the (presumed) Harem route we're going down now? Not that I'm against just the one route, I just kinda fell in love with all the characters that I'd like to see each of them find some kind of happiness as a solo Love Interest rather than only as a Harem. Not a complaint, mind you, just wondering. Regardless, I really, really do like the game and I'm happy that you did make it distinct enough from LiL, regardless of what other people might want to say. Proud of you

1) Will any of these tags be optional, as in the player decides whether they happen or not?
2) Will the group sex include lesbian interaction between the girls and if so will that be optional?
If not will the group sex be optional?
Some, not all.
There will at the very least be some interaction between the girls, but I'm currently undecided as to what extent. I'm leaning towards making group content optional, but I can't give you a hard "yes" at the moment since I only have a rough outline for content beyond the next couple of updates.

I don't if this was meant as a Lessons in Love tribute or love letter or rip-off or...homage or whatever from the get-go, but the fact that they use both Kamikakushi no shinsou and 10C within the first 10 main events doesn't lead me to think "oh this'll be a good game" it makes me think "oh this is literally just ripping off Lessons in Love."
Honestly, the thing with the teacher and the "do it" and the MC teasing that we'll "take over their life" and we can "reset to another save" is giving more hope for this than anything else, in a way that Selebus' need of vague plot posting and refusal to give an sort of straight answer never could.
EDIT: To clarify, I've obviously barely progressed into the game and this is merely first thoughts. As a guy who's followed LiL closely to the point of obviously listening to the soundtrack regularly I catch a lotta that stuff almost immediately. This isn't meant to be me shitting on Lost in You or anything, merely first observations.

Excluding all the needless random political shit scattered throughout some of the dialogue, and me staring at a black screen 40% of the time, this is a pretty decent start at least. I remember Sensei Overnight not getting interesting till chapter two, and it took a very long time to get there. Hopefully this game doesn't meet a similar end.

Basically the exact same. Instead of Yokubo telling Shuu that her and MC kissed she just nods her head. Shuu asks if they did anything, she says no and he says it was a dumb question. He leaves saying he needs to clear his head just like if you do kiss the best girl. In the narration after MC also doesn't mention the line about how it's a pity for their friendship.
Any real differences probably aren't going to pop up until Shuu's supposed recovery.

Anyone have a list of names the girls react to? All i can figure out is daddy, honey, darling and master. Darling and honey have the same reactions.
