Thinking about it some more I also figured another power the MC has, its similar to the MC in Augusta has, the Voice, look at the first scene with Bella in Act 2, he talk to her and she is completely enthralled, he gets her to basically do whatever he wants.

In Act 3 look what happen with Yue, he tell her to date Brandon, all the while she clearly want him, but she doesn't complain when he tells her, she hardly even question him, its like enthralled obedience again.

I think the difference between the MC of the two games is that while for the MC of Augusta its stolen power, for this MC its natural its something he naturally can do, when he get serious while talking to a women he just get them to do whatever he want.

I have only one thing to say about this update, overall it was great.

But if I was the MC, then Abby would now be in jail for what she did. Ofcourse people will lose all sense of reality when they drunk and drugged and all that fucking slut Abby did was make things back worse. If you keep messing with broken people you only make them more broken, surely not a good way to help people. Also you don't give people with brain damage and drug addiction history, some other drugs all because to find out what guy the mc is. Well if it was me she would regret it for the rest of her life when she behind bars. Also if I was the MC, I wouldn't have given more money after the pool incident, I would said fuck yourself bitch, use your own money if you want to go slut out.

Like I said, the Lacey hate train here is really cringe and stupid. Some of these people barely paid attention to act 3 and are just here for the hate. And when the update was just released, some were just plain liars as to what she did in act 3.

I dare say that in act 3, she's the only character showing progress. She's still fucked up but we are way past how she was in act 1. MC began his therapy but has a long way ahead of him.

Storywise I'm mostly ok with this update (abby deserved a punch right to the face) but I do feel like that there is not enough sex in it anymore, especially between MC and Lacey

The people having problems are the ones holding her accountable to her words, her actions, and behavior and doing so according to what has already been claimed, reasoned, and established by Lacey in previous acts.

I will let the "scholars" of the game attend to this, because it seems it will require some direct "quoting" of the story to establish this argument for you, but while you can give props here and there for some things concerning Lacey, this isn't an issue of narrowly looking and evaluating the merit of her actions at each individual scene, it is a culmination of the issues that have been established with her character over the course of the acts.

I think few will argue that in a very narrow evaluation of a specific action she has taken that is of positive light, you can say she hasn't "improved", but it isn't as simple as that when you add in the MC, which I would say she has crapped all over, regardless of how many heart felt scenes she has had of regret and proclaimed remorse for.

By the way, what is your take on Lacey having sex with Isaac after she already had the phone call with the MC and claimed she loved him and was coming back to him? Isn't her getting plowed by the very guy she claimed she hated, that she didn't have any feelings for, etc... kind of a kick to the teeth to the MC all things considered? This was her first time actually cheating on him. She literally committed to coming back to him, but went and let Issac screw her, you know... because he "begged" and all, because that is some real pressure for a lady I guess?

Apparently, the MC meant so little to her that having sex after knowing her "all time true love" (remember, she is portrayed as loving him at this stage and believed it, regardless of Act 3 saying she really didn't, she didn't know that... she "believed" she did... but somehow thought this was ok?

Lets set that aside though, she never attended to this with the MC, even lied about it... and to this date, still has never come clean... let me guess... so she can spare him, because she care so much? Man, with such loving caring people like that, who needs enemies right?

I think of some... mostly the way she "initially" handled the Stephen/Will stuff, but she didn't communicate past the initial encounter to the MC on that, which I think causes some problems...

I might be missing a couple small incidents, but the rest come with SERIOUS issues in terms of the disregard it has for the MC.

Here is my peace of mind concerning your comments. I think they are rather positive because you read the story in a half hearted manner, excusing all inconsistencies, conflicts and issues. You were rooting for a singular focus and dismissed all else that might cause issue.

You then enter a discussion, accuse all others of being too harsh or invalid in their take (calling them liars even) and then want to scurry off without having to attend to your obvious aggressive accusations of the people here.

Shameful admittance but during the 2 years me and my twin sister traveled we did go to a couple of raves and happened to pop ex on more than one occasion. It didn't make me do anything I didn't want to or change anything about me personality wise. What it did do is make me want to dance and talk a lot of waffle for few hours. its funny how hard the dev tries to make a mystery about things, but aside from who is the monster. no one really seems to care about the evil forces in the background manipulating. its like okay yeah why are they doing it, but really thinking about it, its so fucking stupid and with every woman around MC fucking him over, who cares. seriously, aside from how the hidden faction directly effects the girls who MC might fuck, nothing about them is actually interesting. story was better and made more sense when people just wanted to own lacey for themselves.

dev is trying really hard to build up this hidden faction, but i believe by the time their big reveal comes, itll feel so stupid and unimportant to everything the readers cared about that no matter what, most people are going to hate it. at this point act 3 has confirmed that ive wasted my time reading this far. lacey did lacey shit, Mia got a playmate to compete with thats it.

Anyway, I love this story despite its flaws, and I think the author is doing an incredible job at creating something that makes people feel.... whatever they feel. The 221 pages of breathless back-and-forth are pretty solid proof that people are emotionally attached to this game, and that's very much to the author's credit.

I can't fucking wait for Act 4.
