Not really. As a ghost, you can't do much, but you inhabit a doll. I think it says that in the description. The ghost inhabits a doll so he can try to win over the girl he's in love with. The doll can do things.

i don't agree with you on the harem part it always good if done right but i agree with you about the sandbox part it is always shit and bad most of game with sandbox elements are usually bad even if the story is good
Am I high to think this game used to have an Incest tag? I'm pretty sure it was on it at some point. I'm not saying it was rightfully tagged, but I remember seeing it. Am I wrong?

If she hates you (love -50), NTR will happen.
Besides that, it's avoidable. But it can be hard, cause you need to manage your stats so you can pick a path for her without getting close to other people.

Now that's a hard question...
If you dislike the girl being intimate with anyone besides the MC when not in a relationship, then the game is 90% ntr.
There is a love route and you can get to it without her getting it on with other people.
If 90% of the game's content is NTR, then the game is clearly not for me. Thanks for the answer.
Just in case, I will give advice to avoid such an issue in the future. Developer, write somewhere in the topic header that this is an NTR oriented game. Or something like that. People who are negatively disposed will be immediately scared away. And people who are interested will be attracted.
