It's gettin' a bit less traumatic. I didn't have to go for the box of tissues until the ceremony the next day. When Emily got to Bella... I broke. I think it was the music.

Book 3 now. Just arrived in Argyle and "you know who" is here. I'm doing MUCH better now! I'll leave you to it n... Once again, my gratitude for this work of art!!

When I replay (will do again soon), I still tear up... okay, I cry like a baby... over Bk 2 ending. Sometimes, I get close to "that part", and don't finish for a day or two. Only thing that gets me thru is knowing what comes at beginning of Bk 3.
My heart felt thanks and congratulations to Droid for creating, and writing a character that is so real, and makes so many people care about so much!!!

I love her music; I always thought "I scary myself" was a wonderful representation of Bella.

Definitely F95 appropriate! The existing banner is great but this is a step up - even from that. The dragon and Aino are nice additions. They really add... flavor...

you want sexy and that is just too crude!
not to mention you show too much and people who might want more or less then what that sex scene implies
will not try it over it!
you want to tease people to try or or as my former girlfriend put it
"i want you to pay for dinner before i serve you the main dish!"
you can not compete in terms of fetishes or some of the wierder things people are into
you can crowd please by hinting at it but enthrall the audience
build them up before delivering this way its satisfying !

While I'm not surprised to see the concerns you put forward, I will have to, respectfully, disagree. LoM has never been about the porn but, the story. It has always told a compelling tale in what Playboy magazine used to call an "unabashed" way. That proposed banner not only features the beauty of the characters and the setting but, also, reveals it's adult nature. Many folks - and I admit to being one of them - grow weary of good stories that are forced to portray a XXX emphasis to get attention. This story is one that simply deals with all aspects of human nature in a... well, "natural" way. LoM has adult content and the proposed banner is not afraid to reveal that. LoM is a fantasy and the proposed banner definitely highlights that. LoM is a VN and a character building RPG all rolled into one - and that is a feature that sets it apart from nearly every other product out there. For me, the new banner makes me think of art at the "Avatar" level. I think you are right about one thing. Some folks will walk away because the porn isn't up their standard and isn't "emphasized" enough. They have always done that - their loss. But some will try it and be hooked because it's just that good. They have always done that as well - their gain.
I think his point is "having sex with Emily should have been the highlight of book 1, why are you giving it away for free in the banner"?
Anyways, the goal is to showcase both the fantasy/epic aspect, and still remind people that it is a game with sex in it, while not exceeding 10MB I'll likely do some more tweaking. I *do* think the 4 girls at the beginning and end caps it really well, though

One option might be to just remove the sex, and extend the girl pan side.

Where is Akane? As a chosen doesn't she deserve to be in this baner? I understand the limited physical space. You might have already tested it to. It might be to not loose detail on the characters or to not spoil part of the story. The question is still there tho. Just that the answer can be anything.
